“I do like it but my plastic cup lid does pop off sometimes when it’s inside the frost buddy. It’s also kind of thick. Kind of Wish it had a handle… then I saw they have a handle version coming out in Feb. kind of wish I would have waited for that version.”

“Our Frost Buddy's are very good, and keep the drinks cold very, very well. However, the website NAMES for the mugs should be changed, i.e. eliminate UNIVERSAL name from products. We ordered UNIVERSAL lid, but guess what, not universal and didn't fit our "TO-GO" mugs!”
“I love these universal koozies so I ordered 2 to give as gifts this holiday season. However, Frost Buddy decided to ship them separately for some reason so they shipped at different times. This wasn’t a big deal because I had plenty of time before the holidays, but then when the second one finally came, it was the wrong product. I contacted Frost Buddy and they were amazing and sent another one right away but because of the late shipping on the second item, it didn’t get to me in time for my gift exchange :(”
“I bought 2 going into the week before Christmas going to 2 different locations. Unfortunately the one to my house got delayed then lost in the process and tracking wasn’t right. I called the company they sent me a new one right away and got it right away.”
“I loved the idea of these cups. I bought myself and two daughters each a cup for Christmas. I purchased pink and the picture showed it with a lid and once added to the cart the picture did not have a lid. I chatted with a customer service "person" and they said it should come with a lid. It did not, I sent an email and received a quick response and they put a lid in the mail. It is a bit bulky and it does keep drinks cold - still had ice at lunchtime. Mine was not quite a circle I guess it was banged up in shipping, there was a small scratch and it took me two days to figure out that my plastic lids kept leaking because they were being squished in the cup with it not being a circle. I kind of rolled it back into shape and the plastic lid seemed to fit better.”
“The company seems cool, they have a lot of products. I’m not a fan of how many emails they send after you order, it’s advertising and pushing for me to get my friends to buy their products. I’m a word of mouth shipper usually, so having a company push me to try and “sell” for them, I don’t like that.”
“Much better experience this time than I had before. Shipping was quick. However, I still wish you all had an option to hide what is being ordered when trying to surprise or gift an item from you guys. The package arrives with "Frost Buddy" all over it and kinda ruins the surprise. Maybe add a "this item is a gift" option during check-out to hide who it's from.”
