“Yes, I love it even though you sent me the wrong one, but I still love it because I love the frost buddy products I ordered the American flag gunmetal one but you guys sent me a plain black one, but that’s OK”
“I ordered a cup from an ad on Instagram. The cup that I ordered was “marigold” with flowers on it. When I received the cup it was blue with a nurses images on it. I contacted support and they were quick to provide a return shipping label. I mailed the cup back that same day. It took over three weeks for the return to be processed and a new cup sent to me. This second cup, however was also not the original cup I ordered. I decided to just keep it because it is a plain colored cup. Because of being bait and switched and having to wait more than 2 months to get a cup I will not be ordering from Frost Buddy ever again.”
“Frost Buddy has been a great company to buy from so far and I will definitely consider spending more of my money on there products in the future. At the time of writing this, I have not had a bad experience with them and I am hopeful in anticipating that I will never have one.
The only downside I have encountered with this company so far is navigating their website and trying to find products on it. The website is a little clunky to navigate and some things take longer then expected to load in when they are clicked on, and apparently they still have the Chubby Buddy, but there is no way to get to it from inside the website and I have the navigate to it from Google searches.”
“I wasn’t completely satisfied with this order. It will serve its purpose but the picture itself doesn’t look great. I ordered the American flag with custom lettering and the picture is blurry looking, I get that it’s supposed to look “worn” but I wasn’t expecting blurry. I don’t think it was worth $50.”
“It keeps drinks, mainly watter bottles I've tried' fairly cold. I wish this one was a little taller and a little wider, since the mount of bottle exposed now keeps the Frost Buddy from working as good as it could.”
“I absolutely LOVE all my frost buddies! I now have 5! I live in New orleans and it's 100 degrees here. I have a bad habit of leaving my drink in the car! I ran in the mall leaving my iced tea in the car, in my frost buddy for AN HOUR in the sun and it was still full of ice!!!! I have been promoting the heck out of these things! I know lots of boutique owners and have businesses of my own! I love your products!”
