“I bought the To-Go Buddy Northern Lights and I love how long it keeps drinks cold. (How long the ice lasts without melting!) Also love the color! The silicone ring is great and fits most fast food drink cups when used that way. My only issue is I'm not a fan of the flip-top lids on most travel cups like this. It's the thing that usually keeps me from making purchases from any brand that's not Contigo AutoSeal (which I think is the best type of lid and I wish more companies had similar options). Still, if you don't mind the lid or you use this cup more for your fast food cups, it's awesome. Can't complain. Would give 5 stars for the ice preservation alone. This is an excellent summer cup!”
“Overall, everyone wanting a cold bevy down to the last sip needs one. Exactly what you expect after seeing all the demos and sales pitch out there. Only one grip and it is minor: make the rubber coasters stick to the bottom!!! Like after 6 purchases, and every single one falling off in the first few days, FrostBuddy needs to hear this and make it all right. Do that, and it really is a perfect product.”

“This product arrived timely and was beautiful. I did end up returning mine but only because it was advertised as able to hold a Trenta cup from starbucks and fit most cup holders. It only went half way down in my cup holder and the Trenta cup from starbucks didnt fit. Trenta is the ONLY size I order so i had no use for this. But it was a very good quality product and i would have kept it had it fit my cup.”
“The frost buddy itself is great and does exactly as intended. As a CAD citizen it was annoying to have to pay a ton for shipping and then a ton for duties.”

“the Frost Buddy is great. It keeps my beverage, usually a fermented malt product cold without cooling my hand too. That it fits different beverage containers is a good concept. It's also a liquid beverage container, with the optional drinking lid, is a design plus. An American company in nearby Illinois is also a good thing. My disappointment is that the product, although great, is manufactured in China. If it were Made in USA I would have awarded 5 stars.”
“I ordered the sport buddy and the frost buddy. Would give both five stars but the frost buddy was a bit larger (circumference) and my arthritis kept me from holding it securely. It definitely is a five star from my daughter. She loves how it keeps her drinks cold, prevents the ice from melting and accommodates drink glasses from all her favorite restaurants… Starbucks, McDonalds, Jack in the Box… everything! I use my sport bottle every day- it’s a winner! We will probably order more! The only true negative I have is the packaging… both bottles arrived in their own lightweight cardboard boxes, but they were packed together in a small lightweight shipping envelope. They were squished in there! And the flimsy envelope didn’t protect the boxes from being smashed in transit. So I unpacked a very badly damaged envelope, certain the bottles would be damaged. Surprisingly, they were not damaged. That’s a testament to their durability, for sure. But from a customer standpoint, it isn’t a very comforting thing to have such a badly damaged parcel arrive… it doesn’t look like the company cares about the product (or my business?) enough to pack everything well and leave a great impression when it arrives! First impressions count!!”
“Ok so I bought the frost buddies . I bought three. Chose different colors but when it showed my order I realized they were sending three orange. We were going on family vacation so I needed them right away. I emailed as soon as I realized they were sending three of same color but got no reply for two days. They said I was too late to change my order it was sent out. I immediately ordered two more of two different patterns so we each had a different color or design. Then the ones I ordered second came before the first three orange ones. I got a notice that the first three were coming in two days. So except for your shipping and not so timely answer about my order being changed these seem to work so I will give you a four.”
“Great product, it I was disappointed to find that the 16oz twist off cans do not fit accurately. They will fit, without falling out but are super loose and kind of hard to put the cap on and off. I spend a lot of time at the pool and these are my go-to beverages because they have a twist on cap. I will use it, but I feel like I was tricked with all the universal fit stuff.”
