“I’m am super impressed with this product I was happy to see someone selling a better version of this product. It’s durable. It actually does the job as advertised. I was able to take this cup put my Starbucks Trenta in it go on a very hot day to the fair from 3 o’clock in the afternoon till after midnight. I still had ice now mind you I did drink my drink, but I added two more canned pops. Yes they were cold, but I never added any more ice, I still had the original ice from Starbucks in my cup. “I would give this company a -5 not necessarily for the products they sell but for their customer service. The product I purchased did not work for the purpose it was advertised and I returned the product along with the Universal cups I purchased. It took me several emails to get anyone to respond with a return label and it wasn't until I got nasty that I finally received a return label. After returning the products and the return products being received by the company (confirmed via tracking number), ten days later and still no word from the company nor a refund for the amount paid. I have emailed them and I am also disputing the charges with PayPal and my credit card until they rectify the situation. My recommendation is that you make sure you are going to be completely satisfied with their product because returning a product and receiving a refund is the most difficult thing I have had to do with a company.”
“I love this cup holder. It really keeps things cold a long time. I have found it only keeps hot things hot an hour or two. Disappointed in that as I like my hot things hot. Both XL and L cups fit in Frost Buddy and it fits great in the car cup holders.”
