I returned my scratched item over a month ago and have been waiting for a refund since. I have emailed and text multiple times with proof of returned item and have heard absolutely nothing from the company. I would not do business with them again.

I completed an exchange form for my product and mailed it back on 6/22. I have not received any word back or response to my texts or email. Order number FB649075

Product is excellent for sure. BUT, their customer service is a nightmare…it’s easier to just keep the wrong item if it arrives. Again, the product itself is very nice and real high quality. Worth the price.

Disappointed. Never arrived at destination. Between your company and whatever delivery services you use and after waiting for a week and a half for the delivery we were informed it had to be returned because your delivery service was unable to locate the address which is a bunch of bull. Used this same address for other deliveries from Amazon. So never again will i order from your company. It was supposed to be a family birthday gift so extremely disappointed.

I didn’t get my order and no one will assist me. I paid additional for shipping to get sooner. It was delayed and missed Father’s Day and then delivered somewhere else and now won’t respond to me

Frost Buddy sent my cup via UPS which outsourced their job to the USPS. My cup has been sitting in a postal building for 12 days now. Frost Buddy asked me to continue to wait, even after the cup has not moved in 10 days. The United States Postal Service is broken. Companies are, unfortunately, going to need to choose carriers that will not hand over products to the USPS. I had hoped to buy wholesale from Frost Buddy to sell in our small laser business, but without reliable shipping, I cannot do business with them. So as to the quality of the cup/product? I have no idea. I simply hope Frost Buddy will switch their shipping methods soon - even if that means I have to pay more for reliable shipping.

My cup I like, keeps things cold and is spillproof. My can coozie is not good for keeping my drinks cold at all. It's just pretty. And for the price I would rather it keep my drinks cold rather than look pretty. Very disappointed with that.

They only sent me half of my order and did not respond to my email. The cup I did get is good but they’re far too expensive to get this kind of service.

Pretty rich of Frost Buddy to ask me for a review when my package has been stuck in transit, over a week with no movement, and customer service has done nothing to help. They even promised me a delivery date that was not met.

I ordered a cup from an ad on Instagram. The cup that I ordered was “marigold” with flowers on it. When I received the cup it was blue with a nurses images on it. I contacted support and they were quick to provide a return shipping label. I mailed the cup back that same day. It took over three weeks for the return to be processed and a new cup sent to me. This second cup, however was also not the original cup I ordered. I decided to just keep it because it is a plain colored cup. Because of being bait and switched and having to wait more than 2 months to get a cup I will not be ordering from Frost Buddy ever again.

I really wanted to love this cup. The functionality of the cup and size/amount it holds is great, but it does NOT keep drinks cold at all, maybe a few hours at best, ice melts quickly and the exterior of the cup sweats when you have it filled with ice and water.....overall, not as good as YETI, Stanley, and RTIC quality at all....but it is cute and functional. I won't buy another one though since it doesn't keep drinks cold and won't recommend it to friends, etc.

Customer service was poor. I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my order in two days. When I called I was told there was nothing the company can do for me. I was also told that the order was not shipped priority. I requested a refund for shipping and was told I would get one but I have still not received a credit.

I bought the Neon Orange To Go Buddy in February, #FB570736. I thought it came with a lid, as others do. I have tried for months to contact Frost Buddy for a return or exchange. I have tried customer support on the App. I sent an email through the contact us link on PayPal. I’ve looked on Facebook to try to get a hold of customer service, everything is a dead end. I’m very unsatisfied with a customer service of this company as long as they get your money that’s all they care about. Beyond Poor Customer Service!! NEVER received a response.

Do not buy if you want spill proof. There is a picture of the frost buddy being held upside down saying spill proof, yet it leaks. I have had it less than 30 days and yet I can’t get a full refund. I feel lied to and your customer service sucks
