“I would suggest getting dark color frost buddies. The light colors / white get dirty very quickly & are do not clean off well at all. Other than that no complaints! I have 3 (4 including my boyfriends)!”

“I like the cup but I think it’s pretty expensive I ordered another one the first one I ordered was purple and green one I can’t remember the name of the color then the other one I ordered was the violet haze I really like the violet haze color but when I was cleaning my 1st cup recently one of the gaskets came out I sent them a text message asking how do I get support and they responded by asking if one of their representatives have been helpful and then I said no one gave me any help and then I got the surveySo that’s where I’m at”
“The frost buddy is a great item to keep your beer cold. However, the size of the bottom does not fit in the car cupholder does not fit in a golf cart. Cupholder does not fit in a motorhome cupholder. That’s a problem you should redesign the bottom to taper just enough to fit in those spots”
“Very beautiful cup. Love the chap stick holder in handle. Unfortunately don’t think I’d purchase another one because the ice melts rather quickly and the lid doesn’t fit very well.”
“I absolutely love my Thicc Buddy but for some reason it's not holding my ice. By the end of the day my ice has melted. I work for an afterschool progam that goes through summer and I need my ice water but it's not holding the ice. I've actually had to switch my cup to another brand.”
“My experience with Frost Buddy hasn't been terrible, but it hasn't been ideal, either. I ordered a 40 oz tumbler in a color that was in pre-order and the website gave an estimated ship date that I was okay with. After I placed my order, I received an email from the company saying my color selection was out of stock, so would I like a different color or a refund? I was confused because I thought it was in pre-order? I asked for a refund. Then I got an email from someone else saying they made a mistake and the color I wanted was in pre-order and would I like to wait? I decided to wait because I really liked the color. We'll, the estimated ship date came and went with no shipping update, so I emailed and asked what was going on. There were some delays in ordering on their end, apparently, so I still had to wait. So I did. For over a week. Right when I was about to ask for a refund, I got the shipping notification. So I eventually got my order, but there were some hiccups along the way. What really annoys me most about the company though is the constant spamming of marketing emails and texts. It's multiple times a day and is so obnoxious! I'll never order from this company again based on that alone.”
“Bought the frost buddy thinking it would take my V-8 energy drink cans. The cans are too small so I’ll have to find something else to use the frost for.”
“I only bought it for the color. Drinks stay cold long enough, but ice doesn't last that long. The cap snapped off the lid while I was on my tractor and caught it on the armrest. Chapstick and key holder on the handle are a bit gimmicky, I'd prefer a solid handle.”
“I wasn’t completely satisfied with this order. It will serve its purpose but the picture itself doesn’t look great. I ordered the American flag with custom lettering and the picture is blurry looking, I get that it’s supposed to look “worn” but I wasn’t expecting blurry. I don’t think it was worth $50.”

“I like Frost Buddy. I have the Universal XL. I was excited to hear about the Thicc with the chapstick holder. I don’t really use a 40 oz cup but I wanted to give it a try (would really like a Thicc in the 30 oz size). I decided to wait on the Nebula color and I am disappointed in it. It’s not pretty. I expected more for the price. I will use it in my car so I will make do.
I am also irritated about the number of messages and ads I am getting now. I just made a purchase and don’t need 10 ads a day to purchase again. Please back off.”
“I have had a frost buddy for years and have thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend getting one to people who ask about it. I recently purchased one for my wife which she was very excited about. The one we received is in great condition except the inner sleeve seems to be slightly smaller than usual as it grips the cans too much and makes it very hard to take them out when finished with the drink. The Frost Buddy still does the job of keeping drinks cold but is a hassle to change drinks, almost to the point of not wanting to use it. A new inner sleeve would be appreciated.”

“I love my Frost Buddy! It's perfect for my on the go work day in a busy dr office. The only issue I am having is no matter how much I clean the straw, Soak it, use the straw brush to clean it I cannot get the plastic taste out of it. I have had to switch to a different straw. Other than that I love it”
