“So I do like frost buddy a lot but my most recent interaction with the customer service team has really soured that opinion. I purchased a thicc buddy around 4th of July. I thought I was getting the 50oz but the 40oz arrived. I got in touch with customer support and they said to send back the one I received and they will send me the 50oz. I had explained that I mistakenly bought the wrong one and to that customer support said that it would fine.”
“Very happy with the product, but unhappy with shipping charges. I ordered the frost buddy. Right after I ordered, I found and loved the frost buddy bumper, so I placed another order. I was charged shipping for each piece. I right away messaged them to combine orders for shipping to try to save shipping charges. They declined my request, and charged me double shipping. That was fine until I received both orders in the same package!! They profited my shipping charges for the “ second shipment “ I’m not very happy about that, and will likely not order again because they refused to help me, but still ended up combining the two items.”
“Once we received the xl frost buddy it was perfect. We love it it was a great gift for Father’s Day unfortunately it did not arrive in time and it took me reaching out numerous times to get someone to tell me “we’re sorry it was over sold and don’t have any” so like what y’all weren’t gonna refund me or anything just ghost and dip…. I responded saying how when it’s still on the site and you could still order it. You can’t just make another to fulfill my order…. To then I got a reply from them stating “oh good news we were able to make one more for you” like lol ohhh okay thanks I was worried like whaaat. But once it finally arrived 20 days later it was gifted and my father loved his frost buddy from his grand daughters it was suppose to arrive for Father’s Day… I ordered when the deal was happening and it didn’t arrive in time which was a huge shame but now it’s here and he’s excited. Makes me nervous to order for gifts anymore though..”
“Lighter than competitors, like the center for straw, easy clean up. The glow in dark is really cool and works. Great all around use. Will be purchasing another.”
“I purchased both the 50oz thicc Buddy and the Universal XL nebula. I love the Thicc Buddy it is great for keeping me with enough water to stay hydrated. I drink a little over two a day. Or at least I try. The Universal XL doesn't seem to fit a Corona properly which is odd seeing as how it is a very common bottle shape. It makes me wonder if I'll have the same issue with other beers.”

It fits my energy drinks and a normal can, while keeping it cooler than it would if I just had a normal foam coozie like normal.
Cons:
Got a different color than I ordered, not a huge deal but a bummer none the less
Makes the normal size cans like 3 times as big
Makes everything more heavy and barley fits in my car cup holder
Overall. I am still using it almost daily, and it is nice. Would I buy another one? No probably not, but it comes in handy if I keep it with me all the time.”
“Love how it keeps my drinks cold (hot too presumably but haven’t tried it yet) and fits so many cups. One suggestion: an option to buy a rubber gasket that has a slightly bigger opening. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and their large drink cup is styrofoam and too big to fit in the Thicc Buddy (TB) with the insert and too small to catch the rim of the TB without the insert. This becomes a bit janky when trying to remove the cup from the TB. Love it still 😊”

“First off...I LOVE Frostbuddy! I use the majority of the products I've purchased almost daily. The only issue I've had, not sure if it was my own doing or a manufacturing defect, but I had left my Mademoiselle Universal XL soaking in the kitchen sink for a couple of days. I pulled it from the water, and noticed weird bubbling in the texture of the finish. I carefully hand-washed it, like I normally do with all my FBs. As I washed, the finish started to flake off. I panicked, rinsed it, cried a little, and let it dry overnight. I pulled it from the rack and the bubbling was gone. Maybe put some type of warning on packaging for any Mademoiselle FBs. I have no idea if any of the other finishes do this, I'm scared to test it. I have Nebula, Mademoiselle, Pink Glitter, golf, Pink, Glow”
