“I ordered flowers to be delivered to an in-law in Maryland whose father had just died, and FTD took 10 days to deliver them. I ordered them on a Friday and thought they’d be there on Monday, but Monday afternoon they called me and said delivery would be delayed by one day. Then they called me Tuesday and said the same thing. They also called me on Wednesday and Thursday. During that Thursday call, they promised to deliver the flowers on Friday and gave me a 20% credit on the order. On Friday, no call, and still no delivery. They eventually showed up on Monday.
It was nice of them to give me a credit, and to call each day with an update, but 10 days is ridiculous and I’m a little miffed that they didn’t call me that Friday to let me know they were going to be unable to deliver them on that day, too. So, 2 stars. I won’t use them again.”
“DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM FTD ON-LINE. I ordered funeral flowers for my brothers service and they NEVER SHOWED UP. I guess a $160 sale isn't good enough. I was so embarrassed not having any flowers there from my immediate family. I would give FTD a minus if I could. Extremely disappointed”

“Viewing and Funeral flowers never arrived for services. Very embarrassing especially telling family members how Beautiful the flowers would be. I was told they can arrive 1 to 3 days. This is unacceptable especially for a funeral. I am getting a full refund and $10.00 coupon. I think they need to send some flowers to her daughter. But no, $10.00 coupon. I will never use again.”
“FTD sucks they use to be good their stuff was worth the money. Now they use local florist to make your arrangements. My $60 dollars flowers sucked I can get the same for $20 in Costco. Unfortunately the flowers where for my mothers bday and lives in a different state and didn’t arrive till the next day sending emails saying it delivered if I didn’t call to ask if she liked I would have never know it was delivered. She showed me a video WOW how cheap a complete ripoff. Unhappy I will never use them again.”
“The Contemporary company who does the flowers for FTD in Dallas is in Addison, Texas. WOW, always the best, long lasting, first class flowers , display and delivery nver ever not pleased with their Service. My sister received her flowers last thursday and the Lily's are blooming beautifully and the arrangemnet is still in full display. She is always happy with this company also. Thank you. Sincerely. This has been my fourth recent delivery from this supplier , wow”
“The arrangement arrived in a timely manner and were beautiful. But the flowers were not really what the picture showed. Also I was supposed to receive a first time buyer discount and nothing indicated that I received that.”
“I was promised a delivery in Sept 21, 2024. Then I was told it would be Monday the 23rd. Still no delivery. Then I was told today the 24th. Now I receive another email saying the 25th. This was for a birthday on the 21st. I was charged $86 for the arrangement to be delivered in Colorado Springs, CO. While they supposedly have credited me $50, which I still do not see as of now, it hardly makes up for the delays and repeated lies. Never use FTD. They are not trustworthy or reliable. Promises made but not kept.”
