“I am pleased that,at last, I can depend on the tanker drivers finding my house, which is a little off the beaten track. The drivers are always courteous and and manage the difficult turning manoeure without complaint. Perhaps, most important, FF are rarely beaten on price.”

“I ALWAYS use Fuelfighter as their prices are UNBEATABLE. However I do have one complaint and since WCF Eastern took over Chandlers the service has gone downhill. I request a call 24 hrs. before delivery and if I do not receive the call I know it is going to be Chandlers as they NEVER EVER CALL even though the delivery ticket states quite clearly. I used to use Chandlers several years ago but left to use WCF purely because of this problem In future please get WCF to deliver, there drivers are much more friendly and they CALL you as requested!!!!”

“I ALWAYS use Fuelfighter to order my heating oil, they always provide the cheapest quote. HOWEVER - I do have an issue with one of the suppliers (WCF Chandlers) who have delivered my order on a few occasions = The drivers are great = But the customer service is rubbish - I tick the "contact day prior to unlock access" AND I add an additional request in the "message to supplier" box AND THEY STILL DON'T BOTHER TO RING!! Their stupidity, because they end up with a failed delivery attempt, then they don't ring to confirm the following day delivery either!! (All other suppliers do what they are asked)”

“We gave instructions that we should be informed the day before delivery. We weren't. On the receipt we were given it clearly stated that we were to be informed the day before delivery so that we could unlock the tank access. Added to this was the fact that we were woken at 07:30 in the morning, to unlock the tank, hardly a friendly visit considering we were both suffering from an illness at the time.”

“Fuelfighter's service is second to none. From the moment you request a quote until the delivery is made, you matter and wherever possible they accommodate reasonable requests. They offer absolutely excellent price (on our delivery this time that meant 3p/litre LESS than their rival Boilerjuice), they call and text confirmation of delivery day, and text a reminder when it's on its' way. The delivery person is invariably personable, pleasant and helpful; and their telephone staff are friendly. All in all, you'd be hard pushed to find a better service.”
