“Ordered the electric go-kart on Thursday with a clear indication when booking that delivery would be before Christmas -today is Monday and still no indication as to when delivery will be. I have received an email telling me to look out for a ‘tracking’ email -that has still not been received -and no further replies to my emails. Would appreciate a response -with it being so close to Christmas and not even an indication of dispatch/shipment, this is very concerning. I hope to hear something soon”

“Have ordered a jeep for my sons birthday received a shipping note, still no order. And no one responding to emails or telephone. Birthday is tomorrow to jeep to give him thanks a lot!”

“Please reply to my emails or answer the phone, red ford ranger paid for. Will now not arrive, I'll take another product so my son will have something for Christmas. It's not acceptable to have no contact.”

“Having posted an earlier 1 star review I wanted to post an update to be fair. I eventually got a reply to my emails with a tracking reference and my order has now been delivered. The item is absolutely amazing. My upset could have been avoided if they had kept me informed in a timely manner. All good now though.”

“Had a problem with a purchase had been damaged in transit spoke to garry at around 1 o clock yesterday cannot praise him enough dealt with it promptly as was very worried as so close to Christmas.No need at all my new jeep is on its way via TNT again garry thank you you were great x”

“Ordered an electric motor bike for my daughters xmas only to recieve an email 4 days later (after it was paid for) to say they no longer stock the product. Rediculous this close to xmas!!! It then took a further 2days for the money to be refunded”

“Bought a Christmas present for our daughter that was IN STOCK only to be told a week later it wouldn’t come off container until Boxing Day . Too late to order something else , Christmas is spoilt now”

“I have tried numerous times to contact Fun4Kids via their phone number and by their email address with no response. No contact is making me nervous as I ordered an item a week ago and am slightly scared that my item (for my grandson) will not arrive. - UPDATE 14/12/17 = My item arrived today via UPS, so pleased, still need to open to check though. Received mail reply from Garry with tracking info (after it was delivered). Thanks”

“Horrendous service, faulty car. Emails not answered, calls not answered. Seeking legal action. All I wanted was to exchange the faulty car. We h ave been given two exchange dates by Garry and neither of those were honoured and my wife lost two days pay, this company has ruined my son's Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company as they clearly don't care about customers and more importantly they don't care about children's happiness at all. That Garry bloke is a complete waste of time and a liar .Tin pot company taking people's hard earned money and ripping them off.”

“Ordered a hot tub with chemical starter pack, hot tub arrived on time but no chemicals. Email from Garry suggesting it would come direct from supplier in 2/3 days ( strange as shows as in stock and 2 day delivery on website) . No chemicals have arrived over a week later and no response to multiple emails, sales " hot" line is so hot no one answers it or it is permanently engaged. Poor service so off to Paypal now to get a refunds, seems I am not the only one to get poor service from this company - look at Trustpilot!!”

“I purchased before reading the reviews, when I did read them I was very concerned my daughter would not get her Christmas present. It did arrive the next day as promised. The one I got works and all the pieces were there. Reading the reviews and seeing what other people are going through was very concerning, I got lucky.”

“I put one star because I couldn't go any lower sent my son's car back that I bought him for Christmas and I've had no response at all I've emailed them hundreds of times I've telephone them and I've heard nothing I'm not going to have the money back in time to buy my son another one for Christmas so he's going to have to do without should be called not Fun For Kids absolute disgrace”

“I placed an order 2 weeks ago and £145 taken from my account, I have not received the item, I have not heard anything from, they are not returning my emails and the telephone number 0845 5060466 is not answered!!”

“Very helpful very quick delivery very helpful staff had no issues with regards to ordering item and if we needed spairs staff ordered and got the delivered in day Highly recommended”
