“Furdeco contacted me by email giving me the delivery date followed up with a reminder and delivery time slot, on day of delivery driver rang to confirm address and arrived about 15 minutes later. Delivery guys brought the radiator into the hall positioned it safely and left, all in all a very good service, delivery guys polite and efficient”

“Delivery driver snapped my key in the lock on the way in, apologised but said he couldn’t do anything about it then later denied it to the company. Delivery team also told me that when I built the sofa it would be larger but neglected to tell me they were meant to assemble it and left it in pieces. When they were instructed to return and assemble the sofa they were beyond rude despite me having to rush back to the empty property with my toddler which was extremely frustrating. They also left all of the packaging despite me asking them to take it with them.”

“The two man team turned up, carried the new fridge to my hallway where they stripped the cardboard and packaging to allow me to view the fridge to ensure no debts or scratches, they then positioned it for me and left. The whole process took a maximum 10 minutes and was very professional.”

“Furdeco contacted by email and text to give me a delivery date, then again to give me a 3 hour time slot. On the day i received a phone call 20 mins before delivery by the driver. The two guys were friendly and quickly unpacked the sofas then assembled the sofas and took away the packaging. A great service the company and its customers should be proud of. Thank you.”

“Very good service the 2 guys were polite and on time they unpacked and assembled our sofas. Just a shame they did not have their own tools to attach the legs on the sofas and had to borrow my tools”

“The delivery was made within a few days of order. It was a large heated towel rail which was quite heavy. When I indicated that it needed to go upstairs the delivery man looked nonplussed - so I assisted him quite why ? as there were 2 delivery men on the van I have no idea ????”
