“Have a delivery on 22 December 2022. It appeared that I had to be available between noon and 1500. No problem with that although initially I read that it was difficult to change. Later on I did get a number to phone if there was a problem. Surprisingly I got a call early in the morning about the delivery. Are you coming now I asked ? I think they said between 10 & 11 am. Surprised at that. Tried to explain my time slot. They did arrive about 10.50 as indicated. Drivers weren't interested in my point that my time slot was noon to 1500. I accepted that time, yet it appears that they can arrive when they want. I don't have that choice. Could understand if they arrived at the slot time & I wasn't there. My fault. Don't what would have happened if I wasn't in @ 10.50. When I raised the issue all got is that we are now going to Manchester !! So what has that to do with me. Sorry not very professional. “The gentlemen that brought my new Freezer were spot on . They text to say when it would be delivered they give us a three hour for the time . And a phone call to say they were 10 minutes from our home . They delivered an put it in our garage took all the wrapping off to check it was ok. An then took the wrapping away they went beyond most delivery people who cannot get away fast enough.”

“My chest of drawers was delivered to completely the wrong address...wrong street, wrong house number, wrong postcode. Couldn't have been more wrong. Was there any interest in correcting this error? No, none at all. " we might be able to redeliver in two weeks if the bloke who received the delivery rings us up". Even an apology might have improved matters, buy no communication whatsoever from Furdeco. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

“Great service, received a text message which confirmed a 3 hour delivery slot, a further phone call to say they would arrive within 30mins 2 friendly men arrived assembled soda in and removed all rubbish professional”

“Ordered sofas on a Thursday and they were delivered the following Friday , very quick delivery ! I had to leave my adult son to take delivery as I had a prior engagement. The sofas arrived on time but the delivery guys tried to get them to fit through the front door but due to a small front hall the sofas couldn’t be manoeuvred to get them through the lounge door . So my son suggested the back entrance door but the guys said sofas wouldn’t fit . So on my instruction the sofas were left well wrapped in the back garden with a view to having to remove the lounge window to get them in . My son and a couple of friends arrived the next day and both sofas fitted through the back door easily with very little effort.”

“Received a delivery fro supplier via Furdeco. Was given a delivery date initially, followed by a three hour tome slot. Pn the morning of delivery received a call from the driver to say delivery would be made in next 20 - 30 mins. The two man team was very courteous and respectful when carrying 2 heavy items into my house. Would recommend this courier company to anyone”
