“This was delivery was difficult because of the weight and unusual access to the building However, the team of two handled it brilliantly. I had regular updates of delivery time and a phone call 15mins before arrival. The item was put into the postition I asked and it was all done quickly and efficiently. The two man team were great.”

“Good communication about the delivery date and delivery made within the 3 hour time slot. Remarkable considering they had travelled from Birmingham to Penzance that day with numerous other deliveries. Staff were polite and helpful. My concern for the staff was that they were driving around Cornwall for 20+ deliveries and then driving back to Birmingham, all in one day and only one of the men did the driving. I felt a lot was asked of them. Well done gents.”

“I paid £45 for delivery (large parcel for two persons and easily could be done by one person)and came damaged. I had to fight with the seller for a return for 2 months just because you damaged the item.”

“Retailer informed me that delivery was set for Monday however Furdeco were unable to deliver until the following day and were quite blunt when telling me that they were ‘not in my area’ on Monday. Delivery day was very different. Very polite delivery staff who made sure I was happy with the condition of the product before they left. Also placed it where requested within our house which meant I didn’t have to man handle it to its final location. Very happy with this part of the service”

“Avoid these cowboys at all costs. Despite requesting a later delivery I was told on Easter Friday they would be delivering early on Easter Sunday. So, as per their website, I called to get a later delivery. I was told that it could not be done as the driver's deliveries had been been written. When I asked if they could be changed tomorrow ie Saturday I was told no, they don't work weekends. (Sunday is obviously not a weekend). I did get a text telling me the delivery had been changed to the 3rd. Never happened. Following numerous calls and many more lies I got another 'delivery' text. When the window was passed and no delivery I phoned, to find out they had again taken it off the van (more lies). Eventually I got the delivery, by 2 miserable men who clearly did not love their jobs. I am glad the 2 items were well packed as they were simply dragged in and left. I refused to sign "all good", so wrote not inspected. I have proof of all their lies. AWFUL>”

“Just had a delivery. Notified of time slot and by message just before delivery. Arrived within time slot and the two men had the garden furniture offloaded in 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service.”

“I had a 2,3m long wide sofa delivered to my fifth floor apartment. It was very tight whichever waywe went but the two super friendly and resourceful delivery guys simply didn't want to give up. We finally figured a way to carry it up from the first floor inner courtyard to the second floor landing and then up to my floor. Amazing service. Super friendly and they simply won't give up.”
