“Products arrived on time and were what I ordered, price was competitive after shopping around. Products (dining chairs) are comfortable for a time and then you can really feel the wood under the thighs at the front of the chair, so then they are uncomfortable which is disappointing. Need more padding in that area. Supportive back however which is what I wanted.”

“We ordered a double bed and the delivery was fast and trouble free. The delivery guys were great. The bed is really lovely quality and very sturdy, the grey colour is very nice. It makes the room look very classy. Very happy with purchase and would recommend buying from furniture 124.”

“Brilliant customer service over the phone when checking on the status of my delivery. A cheaper range of products than many competitors. Unfortunately the delivery team could not bring the boxes into my house due to current circumstances so some difficulty Getting it into my property as I was alone, but understand the restrictions.”

“Really pleased with our tv unit. Arrived on time. Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to understand and managed to assemble myself! The unit looks great, especially when the LED’s are on so all in all a great purchase!”

“Really pleased with our purchase, the only thing that made it 4 stars, the screws that attach the bed slats to the bed are too long and scratched the desk as we push it under the bed. Still you can't see the scratches, but i know they are there.”

“Wanted to purchase a desk. Online said the desk was in stock. I called just to make sure that it was definitely in stock and was told it was. Placed an order on Tuesday the 15th Sep for delivery of 22nd Sep. Called on the morning on the 22nd Sep to check if they were coming and if there was an estimated time of delivery, was told it would be delivered before 6:00. So arranged childcare to pick up kids from school, waited all day and it never showed up. Next day called Furniture 123, they apologised and was going to check with the supplier. In the afternoon they returned my call to apologise saying the item was no longer in stock. I would have given 1 star but the people I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. Desk still showing in stock! So disappointed.”

“Bought a bed for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Value was good, some scuffs to the bed once unpacked, but nothing too bad. Biggest challenge was the 7 week lead time, despite the Furniture123 website smadvertising it as “in stock” when I ordered and paid. Customer services were unhelpful when checking why the website was showing back in stock with deliver to new customers as preceding mine which I’d booked abs paid for 6 weeks earlier. Very poor customer service.”
