“The chairs arrived on time. They took a bit of assembly, the allen key driven bolts into captive nuts were quite fiddly but once assembled, the chairs look fine.”

“Really stunning piece of furniture. It looks really beautiful in the "guest room". I wouldn't say this is comfortable enough for your everyday sofa but perfect for occasional use. Really fast delivery the email said up to 3 weeks but arrived in less than 3 days.”

“Ordered my sofa on 9th August had four emails telling me it will be another month, month after month. Not a single phone call.. ! didn’t receive it until I hassled the customer services in December after seeing it advertised on the website as available by the 19th December 2020 and my order was still outstanding with delivery date of the 27th December..2020. Absolutely appalling customer service.”

“Fab little Table (chairs own). It is really quite heavy and substantial. I paid extra for next day delivery and got a text on the morning with a 2 hour slot but mistakenly left a number from post code which the driver noticed. Customer services called me and sorted issue and still arrived on time. Great service.”

“It came on time unfortunately a piece was broken and after a little hiccup the replacement piece was sent out. Just missing 1 screw for lats ...piece p...the bunk beds look great and are very sturdy.”

“I ordered a table which I love and thought was a good price too. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was delivery. They notified me of delivery after I'd ordered and delivery date was 2 days after ordering, great you might think. However I was at work all day and so was my daughter and neighbours. I tried to contact them to change delivery date, I got an email confirming receipt and then saying I would be contacted within 5 days. Too late. Luckily my neighbour arrived home as they delivered and took in my table for me after speaking to the driver who said he didnt know when he'd be able to get back with it due to it being almost Christmas. Other than that the company and my purchase are great”

“I have found it very difficult to get replies from the customer service team. I was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone before I gave up. I sent an email but replies are very slow and not helpful at all. Our furniture is delayed which is why I am trying to contact them but no one is being helpful. I still haven't received the bedroom furniture yet so I can't comment on the quality. Poor customer service so far.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to receive the console storage table much sooner than i expected. The quality is lovely. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but just fits in my hallway perfectly. Even my husband said it was nice, and he never says anything's nice. I think he was relieved to find that it did not need building up. Great quite 'pretty' looking piece of furniture.”
