“Ordered at about teatime, the following day my lovely table & chairs arrived in the afternoon. Not even 24 hours later. Amazing service. Updates on time of delivery too which was really helpful. HIGHLY recommend this company and would definitely use again! Impressed!”

“The beds were ordered and delivered the week before Christmas so that in itself was excellent. Unfortunately we had a mishap putting bunkbeds up and needed a new part, when I asked for this they sent another whole box of parts at no extra charge and the first week in January, I can honestly say that the item bought is good and solid but the customer service excelled all my expectations. Thank you.”

“The products were well made and sturdy and very nice looking. They came well packed and everything was there to enable us to assemble the products. There was a good detailed guide to putting everything together and it was easy to follow. All in all good products at a reasonable cost.”

“We bought a 3 seater sofa from furniture123 in November 3021. Within a couple of weeks the front legs began to come away. Rather than start a complaint procedure I sorted it myself. Now after another few months we noticed that the back leg is flopping about and giving no support so the sofa is effectively useless. I contacted furniture123 and was told that ad we were one month out of warranty that they wouldn’t do anything. The sofa was in my daughters room - not a public room - and got very little wear. Still it looks like the bottom supporting frame has given way - see video attached. I can only imagine that the sofa would be firewood by now if it had been in a living room! For a company to wash their hands of such a shoddy piece of workmanship after 13 months is an absolute disgrace in my book. I would advise against buying anything from them given my experience of their non-existent customer service ethos and the the abysmal quality of their merchandise.”

“I’m left without any seating in my living room over Christmas!! I was so disappointed I cried . Just got a text today saying it’ll not be delivered for Christmas …… what a let down and that’s after already changing the delivery date!! I’m absolutely devastated for my guests and embarrassed. Customer service just said there’s no stock until the 27th Dec but I can’t understand why that is the case as I paid in full and delivery cost in October!!! What a time to be let down and will be a negative advertisement for the company. I’ve got my fingers crossed I’ll not be let down again.”
