“They sent me the wrong chair, it has been 3 weeks and I am still no closer to receiving the goods I ordered/ getting a refund! I am a key worker and have to work all over Christmas, I initially got a weekend delivery as I work all week and can not take time off work with the current circumstances of Covid. They wont accept this and want me to take a day off work to be in through the week so they can collect the incorrect chair, I have advised I am only available on weekends hence why my initial delivery was for a Saturday. I find it very surprising they cant find a courier to collect on a Saturday. £200 down the drain right before Christmas. Please read through Google reviews before buying from them! The customer service is absolutely a waste of space. The attitude from them is awful. They say they take 72 hours to respond but I have to send them a reminder email to respond to me!! Please avoid.”

“We bought the Safina ottoman bed frame. Lovely quality. It did take me and my youngest 4 hours to put together though. The plastic corners wouldn't go into the black metal frame on the lifting part. But it's all done now and am pleased with it. Would recommend.”

“Very nice looking small dining table and chairs fitting nicely into a small area. Easy ordering process and no problem with the delivery, came 3 days earlier than expected and delivery guys were helpful and polite. Table easy to put together and butterfly extension works well. Chairs were a little tricky but quite sturdy once put together. Good value for money for a nice looking small set.”

“Bed came on the pre-selected day, I was called prior to drop off to confirm. The bed is exactly as described and as pictures show. Only improvements would be the instructions are very minimal diagrams and the spanner provided is too big for the nuts.”

“Bed looks exactly as pictures and described. Came on pre-selected date with no issues. Only negative is that the instructions are pictures only and the spanner doesn't actually fit the nuts that come with the bed.”
