“Very pleased with our new Rattan garden 10 piece furniture and the online ordering process. Delivered on the day and time as stated. The particular guys that delivered ours were great, nice guys. A bit taken aback - it was all flat pack and would be very difficult to assemble for somebody inexperienced plus it does really need hexagon headed screws, NOT Allen keys - absolute pain - took just about a full day to assemble one table, four chairs and four stools. But everything else is good. Just one comment. This stuff really does need a cover. The metal stays and table stands are NOT the best of metal and WILL rust so I respectfully suggest at least a cover should be offered. I checked with 123 but they don't supply any so we got an exact sized one from Harts. Apart from that, no problem and very pleased. Just need to keep it dry !!!!!”

“POS- Good priced furniture with a quick delivery (arrived a day early!) NEG- Chest of drawers had a ridiculous amount of flat pack pieces. Top piece of wood arrived scratched.”

“Beautifil and stylish 2 seater sofa. Kept to delivery date. Pleasant delivery driver. Didn't get a call beforehand not a problem as working from home and was 1st delivery. But could have been. Excellent value for money.”

“Ordered a table and came earlier which was good for me ..delivery driver took a photo of the box as it was dented the table was fine ..was kept updated throughout from first ordering it and i,m very happy with the whole process of ordering online plus the table is just what i expected if not better ..thankyou and i,ll be ordering again from furniture123”

“Love my new blanket box! Really good quality, colour slightly lighter than advertised but that's fine as it matches room even better. Few weeks wait for delivery, but was kept informed of any delivery date changes and it was well worth the wait!”

“Hi I love my chair and footstool. Great quality. I did have a slight issue with delivery date. It was down for August then got a delivery date saying there's been a delay it's now coming in July ??? Emailed as I was working on the July date. they emailed back saying no it's August. Then got a message saying it will be with you within next few hours in July ?? Had to quickly get someone to go and sit at my home. Great delivery guys tho, no other issues and I would purchase again x”
