“Ordered as it was in stock and would be delivered quickly. Due on Friday and on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying a three week delay. Phoned Customer Services who were apologetic but did not know why it was delayed and said it was probably the courier. I asked if they could find out from the Supplier and they said they couldn’t as they would not give them a reason. I’ve already got rid of the old bed frame so if it doesn’t arrive in three weeks people will be sleeping on the sofa, happy Christmas!!!!”

“My dark green velvet Payton Loveseat is gorgeous. Seats a bit hard so thankfully not my main seat. Main reason for not providing 5 stars is delivery provider needs some lessons in handling that's been paid a lot of money for. Had to tell them to not fling my chair through the door and to take their time! Reminded me abit of amazon deliveries which isn't a great benchmark!”

“Gorgeous bed I absolutely love it. It was a bit tricky to put together as the instructions are not very clear especially when it came to the mechanism of the bed. Other than that I’m really impressed with the quality. I looks fab.”
