“Delivery was absolutely shocking. We expected our delivery on the 28th July and received it 22nd October. Leaving us without any furniture for four months in our new house. The customer service helpline is awful, you message for a call back... miss their call and you have to start the process again. After all of this, furniture123 were still selling our chosen sofa and chair on false pretences of a two week delivery. Avoid at ALL costs (I also think it’s hilarious that the final email review page diverts you to a different page to complain about your service/ products so that they only receive good reviews on here)”

“I would avoid this company as much as possible, items were missing so i could not finish the build. Contact customer service they wanted me to pay postage of £40 for the missing parts. And £40 to return the item if i wanted a refund. Escalated this to management who have said the same thing. So i am out of pocket by £350. I have informed trading standards and started a claim against them. Great.”

“The holes were in the wrong places on parts of the bed meaning that the parts that should have black edging are facing the wrong way therefore chip board is in view.”

“The piece of furniture I bought from you was great. The experience was very efficient. Like I ALWAYS experience with this company HOWEVER despite (due Covid) we were home and there are outbuildings - the material item was soaked thro by the time we realised it had been left in box at a redundant door 💔”

“Excellent service delivered on time. Dressing table and bedside cabinets are made to a high standard. They look fabulous. Only small negative is I would have liked the drawers to be soft close. Overall would highly recommend.”

“We bought 3 beds for our 4, 8 & 10 year old girls. They are perfect. We absolutely love them. Our older girl said she thought the beds looked better than she imagined. The only criticism is the drawer was tricky to assemble as the instructions are not very clear but once done handle the drawer with care.”

“Ordered bedroom furniture yesterday and paid In full with a delivery date of Wednesday. Received an e mail today to say the bed will be delivered on 18 December and the furniture on Christmas Eve. If they had said these were the delivery dates I would not have ordered the goods as they are needed.”
