“Avoid this company at all costs!! 2 damages tables, countless emails, phone calls, waiting weeks in between each damaged item to have a replacement now it’s bordering two weeks and they can’t confirm with me wether they have the damage items (picked up by their own courier) in their possession or not. I am just constantly being told “we have to wait to hear back from the courier” or “there is no response from the courier”. This seems to be their favourite term to use “we’ve had no response” as they’ve said the same thing when I waited 3 weeks for the damaged table base to be replaced. Apparently there was “no response from the supplier” this time! They literally couldn’t care less!! The way the company treat customers is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! For the courier to also comment on their customer service that says something! I am still waiting for a refund of around £900.. AVOID THIS COMPANY I have also reported them to trading standards along with all the other people here.”

“Absolutely disgusting. I bought a £300+ table for the kitchen from this company. The table is damaged, won't go together and I'm pretty sure they've even sent me the wrong parts. On writing to their support they offered me £40 to keep the item as is???? I sent them a video showing that the parts won't screw together and several pictures of the damage. I am insulted that they offered only £40 with all the proof supplied and had to leave a review so everyone else can see how disgusting this company is.”

“Ordered items that showed in stock to be emailed a week after informing me that an item i ordered was out of stock from the supplier. It would be back in stock in about 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago! Ive been waiting over two months and my lounge has no furniture in it. I wont be using this company again and will get my bank on the case to request a refund”

“do not use this company, my wardrobes have taken 6 months and still havent arrived, they have not once called me or updated me. and customer service are not helpful, happy the time their phone system goes to voicemail”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY chest of drawers arrived in over 400 parts. Spent 8 hours putting it together, only for some drawers to fall off the railings because they were too narrow. 5 weeks of email ping pong trying to get a refund, and finally thought I’d got it sorted when they emailed and said I had to remove my negative feedback before they’d give me the money. Reported immediately to trading standards. No refund every received.”

“Received Rusty, old, damaged dining table returned back but no refund more than week now. Don't buy from them they are horrible furniture is as rubbish as their customer service. Have taken legal action to get my money back big scammers”

“Big scammers sent me Rusty and damaged Dining table returned the item back but no refund yet, contact Freud team against them and about to register fraud via my bank. Please don't buy from them rubbish furniture with rubbish customer service”

“It is so horrible, I never have any thing as bad ever in my life. Half part is missing,some is opposite to many. It is fills like they were drunk when they put the order. Never have business with them!!! And after first half of order is arrived they sad second part of order will be deliver only month later! We are going to court to sue them. Some one have to stop them.”

“When ordering items in their website they do not advise itens ate out of stock. From placing my order and still awaiting my parcel it has been a week. I called through to their customer service team ivwas advised we are 100% certain ut will leave our warehouse and that was 4days ago and still waiting for my item. My experience has not been great i would not recommend and neither would i shop with them again.”

“received a dining table and chairs on the 30th march 2020 the chairs are all faulty zips broken no threads to hold the screws in place so are unusable contacted the company and have had nothing but ignorance since they refuse to resolve the problem instead have chosen to ignore the fact that I have 6 faulty chairs every email is ignored every phone call you speak to the same person who completely disregards the issue I have now proceeded with court papers to ensure they do not get away with this if a zero rating was an option I would have given this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with from the CEO right down to the "after sales service department" Took 7 MONTHS to resolve my claim / Never answer any of the questions in your email ( just the standard pre worded apology text ). They try to fob you off with insulting offers of compensation for product faults that are clearly a manufacturing fault (WRONG COLOURED PART) then offer £20 then £50 to accept and keep the product like a cheap ill reputed scam company. I lost the will to keep continually arguing with them and settled to get them out of my life. Like others have said if i could give zero I would. Lastly I believe that this company must pay for most of the positive reviews to clear the negative ones from being seen. I would hope that most would see these for what they really are. AVOID THIS AWFUL "COMPANY"”

“This is an absolute joke. This company have lost me two days business. The furniture ( a computer table took 12 days to arrive from Bolton ( I live in Fleetwood !! ). They hardly ever answer the phone, and the update on goods 'progress' is wrong. The main issue is the delivery firm they employ who are totally incompetent. They sent my goods to Scotland, then gave me a time and date and phoned me late in the day to say they were not coming. They they said they would arrive two days later, only then to say it would be 3 days. Avoid these amateurs like the plague...Would NEVER buy from them again. Should have used Amazon”

“Be very cautious if you have a problem with anything they are not very helpful and you have to fill out there tickets to report any faults which is a nightmare company doesn't get in touch with you to sort out issues very disappointed customer”
