"bought a console table after3 months leg broke ,could of fell on my grandson or my dog ,I was passing hallway noticed the lamp falling ,I grabbed the the lamp ,.the table slopes so I grabbed hold of it ,I've tried asking for a replacement or repair..but will not help me ,I've wasted 125 pounds lasted 3 months"

"I ordered a chest of drawers on July 1st 2023. They told me they had some in stock, but later came back to me saying that they were \"damaged\" and would send a new one out to me by the start of September. This didn't arrive till the end of October, after I chased many times and was told there had been delays.\r\n\r\nBut massive warning to not use them. In January I first started to see traces of woodworm. Now the drawers are riddled with it, and the max the company would do to compensate for it was \u00a375! The drawers cost \u00a3510!!!\r\nIt's causing a huge danger to our house, and we have had to isolate the unit. It is also no longer usable.\r\nThe customer service is disgraceful, the English very poor and they only work over email, so you can't even talk to someone over the phone.\r\n\r\nDO NOT use this company if you don't want woodworm infested product."
