“Firstly, I love the products. I have ordered at least five times, and always been over the moon. The free delivery is a big plus, but the great customer service is the real clincher on why I go back. I am always messing up orders, and they sort it for me every time, so nicely too!”

“I have purchased from Fy on several occasions and it is always a positive experience. My latest purchase was a personalised wall print, ordered on Thursday evening, contacted by my personal designer Caro within 12 hours, and over the weekend we discussed various options. Final decision made on Sunday and I received my lovely print this afternoon (Tuesday). Great service all round, including over the weekend! Nothing was too much trouble for Caro - thanks again!”

“I still have had no response and my order has not been delivered. The money was taken from my account 04/02/19 and still no refund. This is outrageous customer service. Can someone let me know what is going on ASAP?”

“I have ordered from Fy before and have received great and unusual products and excellent customer service. This time I ordered a print and added my own words. I was e mailed by my own personal designer who sent me samples until it was just what I wanted! Perfect. I am looking forward to it arriving soon! I love this company!”

“Needed to exchange a piece of artwork and they very kindly refunded my account and asked me to recycle the print I wanted to exchange . The customer service agent Artiom was very helpful and always responded very quickly to my emails . The artwork I received was stunning , beautifully packed and arrived very very quickly , well before the due date .”

“I am beyond delighted by my experience with Fy. I received an unframed print from them as a Christmas gift, and LOVED the print - it was of excellent quality and exactly what I expected. The only problem was that I had a very challenging time finding a frame for it, as it is slightly off-sized (16.5inx23.4in). After searching for a frame for 2 months and having no success (besides custom framing, which would cost me a fortune), I emailed Fy customer service to ask if they could help with my framing problem, as they do sell framed versions of the same print. Not only was Fy willing to refund me for my unframed print (which was beyond the 28 day return window) in exchange for ordering a new, framed print, but they let me KEEP THE OLD PRINT to donate, gift, or display. Sabrina and the Fy team responded to my email inquiry quickly and kindly - and with beyond the result I was hoping for :) I was suspicious of Fy at first because sometimes the ads you see on Instagram aren't exactly reputable businesses......... but do not be afeared! This is a great company with even greater customer service.”

“I really like the variety of options at reasonable prices and am enjoying the three wall prints I ordered! They arrived on time, well-packaged to prevent damage and hassle. When I mis-ordered something and contacted customer service, I received a response that the issue was resolved within two hours. Friendly, prompt customer service!”
