“I'm reviewing the service rather than the pillow, medium/firm was too firm for me, I have a neck condition and did consider exchanging for the medium soft but was recommended and bought a Dunlopillow instead. However, it was no trouble at all for the company to refund me, and quickly too. So far so good with the Dunlpoillow but should it not work out I will be back to GX to try the medium/soft.”
“We both have neck problems. Reading Gx blurb sounded like the answer. Waste of time. Waste of money. No support. No pain relief.
We gave them a fair trial, 7 months and , consequently, Gx will not refund all or part of our costs of £49.99.
We have just bought 2 pillows for £9.99 and they are great. Don,t waste money with Gx.”
“Medium soft, good for my husband but not me so I have just had to use this one as a spare for my husband. NOT GOOD - they cannot be washed. You have to remember to 'turn' them - easier said than done and, in the morning rush, you cannot remember "did I turn it yesterday?" I am washing the casing and have been left with a huge pile of 'cotton-wool' type filling, which also needs refreshing.”
“Thought these looked good so we decided to buy a medium soft version and if we both liked it we would purchase another. Unfortunately neither of us could get on with it. I sleep mainly on my front and it is far too high for comfort.My husband sleeps on his back and also found it too high. I must add we do not have abnormally short necks .Oh dear !
However the pillow looks well made and at least it doesn't make a crinkling noise when you turn your head on it.”
