G2A does not help its customers that are sold keygen or illegal keys by sellers. Creating a ticket and having them help you revolves around you sending in a ticket and waiting 72 hrs for a response and each time there is another task you have to complete to string you along. They do not care about the customer or have any remorse for the scams that they and their sellers are running. G2A requested that I contact the software developer to confirm that the key was illegitimate (which it was) and then send a screen shot to them. Then G2A would not process my ticket unless I made a police report or it would be rejected. Absolutely disgusting how there is literally no customer support.

Trustpilot reviews Thanks for your review! G2A.COM Add photo Your review is pending.Read more nikolay 1 review FR Rated 1 out of 5 stars This is scam company, be aware!! I have bought 1000usd Amazon gift card here, because was sure that company protects its customers. I was very wrong... After key appeared to be used I contacted seller. He asked me to send tons of screenshots including my account profile at Amazon. I thought that appeal to g2a will help, because according to Amazon responce, the gift card number had no value from the very beginning. What a frustrating experience... They never tried to help me, just suggested to go to local police!!! What local police can do to seller from Egypt, you, morons?? Now i have no solution. The most advertised place appeared to be scam. Be aware, nobody will help you when you will face a problem like mine and will meet scam seller there. And there are tons of scammers due to their dumb policy. There rating also costs nothing - the rating of my seller was near 99% but it did not help.

Bought what I thought was a steam key but it was a steam account, have never had this happen to me and G2A have absolutely zero interest in helping me get a refund, in fact they even when as far as to say the seller did nothing wrong. Seller: Grandmisterseller. Stay away from G2A they are not your friends, you have been warned.

SCAM. They are wasting your time They are wasting your time, waiting for you being tired to prove that the key is faulty and trying to give you a job to write to the support of the service, where the key isn't working.

Absolutely awful experience. G2A is a total scam. They're allowing Steam accounts to be sold (probably stolen). Not only is this viciously unethical but it's also completely against Steam's Terms and Conditions. You aren't buying the game to add to your Steam library like other (actual legitimate) key suppliers. I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money. Steam says the sold accounts WILL get deactivated. Steam also says the original account creator will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, yes, even if the email, password, or phone number on the account are changed. Meaning the seller (or whoever they stole the account from) can commandeer the account at any time. Meaning I purchased something from someone that a.) doesn't belong to them in the first place and is not theirs to sell and b.) I can't even keep. I have screenshots of all conversations if anyone wants the "receipts" to my claim. Do yourself a favor and don't risk your money on G2A. It's an absolute scam. https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/ https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/7E78-08DB-AC21-CE32 https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0A94-F308-34A5-1988 https://www.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions

Their website claims 100% legit keys, which is FALSE. I purchased an Adobe Acrobat key from them and it worked initially, but then when trying to reinstall the program, I was told the key had been revoked. I contacted Adobe and they told me that key had been illegally obtained and was cancelled. I contacted G2A for a refund. At first they said "please show proof it has been revoked", so I did. Then they said file a police report or the refund MAY not go through. THEN they said file a police report or it WONT go through. They changed their mind 3 times. G2A is allowing illegal sellers on their website and then asking the customer to file police reports. They should have provided a refund from the first confirmation and done the investigation themselves. Worst customer service ever. I ended up reporting the crime as they insisted, to cyber.gov.au and after almost 2 WEEKS they refunded me... IN G2A CREDIT. Not a single time was credit mentioned. They seriously went out of their way to destroy any remnant of trust I may have had in them. Will never buy from them again.

Bought what I thought was a key for a game, and ended up being an entire steam account. I told the seller, they of course had a no refund policy because they bought the game for basically $4.00 in another country, resold it as 20.00 in the U.S and know its against TOS. Long story short, steam locked the account for fraud, just a little after seeing if I could just live with it and account share or something. G2A sees it as a normal thing and did nothing to help.

Absolutely a scam. They ask you to verify tons of information (which I did extensively) along with providing personal identification information. They then tell you you're good to go. Until you use a debit card from the exact same bank account (which is listed on the verification documents you sent) and then they block you randomly. This site and processor is not only a scam but I would venture to guess the accusations of them selling personal information is probably 100% truth as well. Steer far away.

Worst experience in online purchasing ever. I purchase the product almost a week ago and they gave me a code that did not work. I’m not sure what went wrong but in order to find out I emailed support over 10 to 15 emails with absolutely no reply. I have no idea what went wrong, how to fix it or what to do. I feel as if they’ve stolen my money and stop talking to me.

Really folks, dont risk it !! I purchased a MS365 key (Office365) which was promptly delivered, but it never worked. Once entered into Microsoft's admin portal, none of separate products were activated, and no expiry date was shown. When I first contacted the vendor (with a screenshot of the error), they simply claimed "We have delivered everything you ordered" and suggested I contact Microsoft Support. They also claimed they were an official Microsoft partner, but no details could be found on the Partner Portal, and they refused to supply their registered partner address or partner ID number (highly suspicious, no?). I wasted more than 21 hours (spread over several days) in online chat and remote control sessions with Microsoft Support before we collectively concluded the supplied key didn't work. [As a separate issue, you really would think Microsoft would be able to tell immediately whether a key was valid - but apparently not !!] I let the vendor know all this, and they just stayed defensive, asked for screenshots of support conversations (which of course I didn't have), and refused to assist me if I could not provide them with material I didn't have. Judging from other comments and reviews from other buyers, this seems pretty typical behaviour. Eventually, I just bought a licence from another company (Blue Nandu) and asked my credit card company to get a refund for me (as I held them jointly liable for the supply of defective goods). A couple of days after getting my credit card refund, G2A sent me a mail saying "Your G2A account has been blocked due to anomalous activity that our system detected. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this decision will not be changed. Your account will remain blocked." I assume they were annoyed because the credit card company will have taken back the money. Funnily enough, I now seem to be receiving extraordinary amounts of spam to my e-mail account. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
