“I have made several purchases through this site, but the first problem that arose where a key did not work, the seller simply did not take responsibility and when I complained to customer service, they asked me to send a receipt to the seller and when I sent it, the seller did not respond again. Likewise, when I informed customer service that the seller was not responding, they stopped responding and neither the seller nor G2a took responsibility, they just left my ticket forgotten. I do not recommend buying since at the first problem you will have to give up your money.”

“Purchased Heroes of Might and Magic Vii from G2A. Did not get info to download for over 24 hours. Download then took overnight at very slow speeds. got the downloaded, installed it and the program is in Chinese or some similar language. Totally unusable by me. Contacted G2a, only response I have gotten is request for more information. contacted "seller"...no response at all. Trying to get a refund and that seems to be unlikely at this time.”

“Very bad purchase experience. I bought a steam key of a recent game that is not working, I got scammed by the seller. I provided all evidences to G2A and I have been in contact with the G2A contact support for more than a month and It is impossible to get a refund. Stay away from them.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased a key from this website in November and it didn't work. I contact the seller and I don't receive any help. Only after 7 whole days am I allowed to file a claim. I file a claim with the G2a support group and after almost a week and some change, they contact me saying that the only way I can get a refund is if I go to the police and make a report!?!?! FOR WHAT!?!?! JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND! Keep in mind, I've already proved to the seller AND G2a that the code didn't work because I took screenshots of my trying to claim my code on my PC. All the proof that they need is in the chat but did they even try to read the chat? No! Did they look at the proof that's clearly dated, No! We're now in December and now they want me to go to my local police station and file a report!?!?! Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Just wait for a sale on steam. Order# 92000110073401”

“Bought War Within World of Warcraft expansion. I did receive the product then had the have it refunded from Blizzard. Seller refuses to re-issue then product I order since they have been refunded my money to their account. Nor will they refund the money back to my bank account.”

“This company facilitates sellers that will falsely advertise products to you, naming them identically to a product on Steam but then delivering something else entirely, and will then ignore you when you dispute it. Their "customer service" exists solely to protect bad sellers and not to actually help the customer. Avoid this company, and if you do buy from them avoid seller "Intergalactic".”

“Website is full of scammers and G2A itself does not care and even encourages it out of desperation to make a profit. I'm never buying a key from this site again and I recommend others stay away. Sellers are deceptive or will outright scam you and G2A customer support will side with them every time despite making a profit from the scams.”

“1. G2A AND ITS SELLER “EPICKEYSRO” DELIVERED THE KEYCODE TO ME BUT FAILED TO HELP ME DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT. They gave me a key code and a link. However, the link and their Support instructions ended in errors. The product was MS Office. 2. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME ALTHOUGH THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT DOWNLOADABLE FOR ME. 3. THEIR SYSTEMS WERE FAULTY. The seller disclosed that the product couldn’t be installed on Google Chrome. However, I successfully installed the same product on Chrome, purchased later from another vendor.”

“After 3 weeks of waiting i got no product and no money, paypal doesnt wanna help and G2A always says the same because there is made a paypal case (wich is closed till now). Now next steps are police and lawyer. They scammed me 70 Euro for a WOW The War Within Epic Edition. Be aware of G2A they changed to scammers!”
