Was dubious at first about the substantially reduced prices compared to official stores, like Steam, but it worked very well. Got the confirmation and the code within half an hour and no problems with activating it. A superb service that I cannot recommend enough!

If only there was a '0 stars' option.  The arrogance of this company (or is it just 'David'?) is astounding. Reading through all of the reviews here demonstrates that he is happy to accept and thank the 5-star reviewers, but fails to apologise, acknowledge or accept anything bordering on criticism. He must be a perfect human being hiding behind his keyboard. Legally speaking, it looks like he has covered himself with one of the thinnest and vaguest refund policies ever, whilst the terms and conditions basically give him carte blanche to get away with pretty much anything. If I wasn't so p****d off, I'd be applauding you for your 'business acumen'. As with a few other people on here, I'll acknowledge that I possibly made a mistake when using the mobile version  of this site. I don't know what 'Steam Key', means. I was trying to buy a game with trains in it so thought the steam referred to that. My fault then. If only I was an expert in computers and the associated lingo. I tried a bit of a debate with David and even asked for a phone number. Apparently he doesn't have a number because it's not needed when it's such an 'efficient' company. I agree. I got emails through within minutes. I just would have liked a product my son could open at Christmas rather than handing him a bit of paper with a code written on it. Every poor review on here is met with a response which borders on an attack of that person's own failings. Sitting in that ivory tower must be bliss. If I had been apologised to and had things explained in a different way I'd have let it lie. I expect one of two things will happen now. Either I'll get the abuse that other 'one star' reviewers have received or there'll be nothing (in a thinly veiled attempt not to take the bait). Actually, he might even really surprise us by providing an apology or acknowledgement for how the mobile site can be difficult for some customers and that he will take feedback on board in an attempt to be more open and considerate of potential customers and future business. Merry Christmas fellow one stars.

Thank you for pointing out the fact that we take the time to reply to all reviews regardless if its 1 star or 5 star. Our refund policy is far from vague (in summary) it clearly states if the mistake lies with the customer then no refund will be issued (this is due to the unique nature of the items we sell) but if the mistake lies with us we offer a refund or replacement. You have already admitted to us that in this case the mistake lies with yourself, you point out in your review that you received the order quickly and that we have responded to your queries in a efficient manner and yet in your arrogance have still only left a one star review (or 0 star if you had your way). We are beyond perfect and you will see we have apologized when fair reviews have been left pointing out our mistakes. Why are you under the impression that when a customer leaves an unwarranted 1 star review attacking our company that we have to apologize and can't reply in kind? The hypocrisy in this review is overwhelming. Having said all this we wish all our customers a happy holiday 1 star and 5 star alike :)

I suggest you don't EVER buy from gamers247 there a scam!!!! I requested a refund and he never gave me my refund and I'm on the process of talking to my solicitor!!!

I would suggest emailing the company in question before writing a negative review because not only is it disrespectful you also avoid making yourself look stupid. As we have evidence which shows it has been delivered.

Ace service. Like others who have reviewed on here I was a little apprehensive about ordering. Totally proved wrong as the code arrived within 10 minutes and worked absolutely fine. They were even good enough to send me the code again after I lost the email due to a corrupted pst file. Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again.
