What a waste of money, please do not buy from this company. We bought a summerhouse 'Billy oh' and Oh what a mistake. The floor comes in sections and is the flimsiest floor you would see, I had to buy extra sheeting for this to sit on between the 'eazy base' and the floor itself just to give it some strength, after fitting standing on the floor has broken some of the sections so now another load of sheeting has to go on top of that taking away the T&G effect. The instructions for the base are impossible to complete as you have to turn it over then fit joining pieces, more like a krypton factor task, no battons to go along the edge where it keeps breaking, no mention in the instructions that any need to be fitted. Panels needed to be completed by myself, screw the end sections on each end, this seems more like they just couldn't be bothered to fit them, nails missed all over the place and sticking out, the quality of the wood is a joke, warped, full of knots and must annoying rough sawn timber, this is for a summer house not a shed. Driver dropped alot of the parts on to the floor from the van, this damaged several items, although not known until we came to fit them, roofing felt damaged at the edge so when unrolling it to fit it ripped so had to replace that with new. I have emailed the company who have yet to respond, This has come from the above company but seems to have been thrown together by Billy Oh in Workshop, I will be contacting them by the end of the week. Would love to give no starts but can't. So again AVOID this company quality of the material is shocking to say the least.

How do you give no stars to a company - the worst quality products and they spend over a month trying to deliver it. Gutted I've wasted so much time and money on these people. Holes in the panels, giant knots in the roof trusses which make it impossible to us. Wood that is rough, covered in splinters. sections that appear to be rotten. Just an absolute joke.

The first one we ordered was spot on and everything was sent in one delivery, however when we decided to order another one and there were several main parts missing including the window frame , we contacted Customer service who were very rude, unprofessional and incompetent in trying to resolve the issue of missing parts. My husband took 3 days off work to assemble this summerhouse for my upcoming Birthday and had to make the frame himself , we are now 2 weeks down the line and no replacement parts or refund , totally appalled as we have spent a lot of money with this company and dont deserve our business

Couldn't deliver a play house for over 3 weeks eventually. Kept giving estimated delivery then not delivering. No contact to update on inability to deliver as estimated. Total lack of customer care and no recompense for lack of service. I will never use again......

Emailed to say shed was badly damaged when delivered and sent pictures. Completely ignored. Very substandard product and poor value. Do not deal with this company under any circumstances

pleases trust me DONT buy from this company. I placed my order on the 2nd July and promised a deliver slot 7 days later. then had an email saying its going to be late. 6weeks later still nothing. when you phone they always promise next Wednesday next Wednesday. you can get the exact same stuff n different sites. also refuse to give money back. waste of time

DO NOT ORDER from this company - absolutely shocking experience with no access to a Uk call centre. Original order got changed as they did not have the pressure treated roof option I requested, although admittedly I did get a refund for that, but then everything went down hill. Delivery was scheduled for 29/07, it arrived, and the driver said, "so you ordered it without a roof or floor then?" Obviously not! However, the driver was extremely quick to distance himself from any blame for the error, and tried to suggest that maybe I had pressed the wrong button when ordering (even though I was showing him on my laptop screen that I had not). I called the company, who were very apologetic (standard patter for all conversations with them) and said that they would send the missing bits, including a glazing pack which hadn't been loaded on the truck, in 3-5 days. I firmly said that was not acceptable, and in the end they said that it would be with me by the 31st. It arrived on the 31st, which was great, but they had still failed to supply the roofing felt!! So another complaint to get this, which finally arrived on the 2nd. So it took a whole week to get all the parts delivered. Luckily I had employed someone who knew what they were doing to put it together, but they had to come back a number of times to complete the job. The fact that it looks ok is nothing to do with the quality of the goods, more his skill at improvising when things didn't fit, including doors which were too small and didn't even meet by a couple of inches! All the glazing was the wrong size and had to be paired down with a Stanley knife, a window batten arrived snapped, some of the beading was warped and had to be cut into pieces to make it fit, and there were countless holes which we had to try to fill. I have tried contacting the company and asked for a refund of the delivery charge, which was £50, plus some further compensation for the fiasco and shoddy goods supplied, but "it goes against their terms and conditions which they strictly adhere to". Therefore I just got this....."Thank you for your response. We sincerely regret and want to apologise for letting you down with your purchase. We apologise and we understand that you want to take it further action, however we do have terms and conditions we strictly follow. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It was never our intention to upset you but rest assured that your feedbacks, both positive and negative, are always considered for the betterment of our services and products. Should you need further assistance, you may log in to your customer care account or call us at 01909768858." Really bad experience. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!

I have had nothing but problems with this organisation. When ever you call you get connect to a call centre based oversea. This was meant to be for my daughters 4th birthday it arrived the day before and was not complete after calling they advised they would send the missing and damaged parts again which took 5 days when this come there was still missing parts. Therefore a 3rd delivery was made, the product was not to a good standard. I have tried to raise a formal complaint had nothing back from them also asked for a manager to call me and No one has called me. Spent nearly £500 and feel like it’s a waste of money! It’s very small also. Not happy customer. I want someone to contact me about this. My order number is GBD1494220. Many thanks Annabell

After making an order for a Shed (Keeper 4'x8') then reading reviews (wrong way around, I know) I became very concerned that I wouldn't be receiving the shed any time soon, at all, or receiving it will parts missing. However, I have been pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the purchase. The order was made at around 11pm on a Wednesday, and we had the shed with us the following Monday. We found that we didn't have printed instructions with the shed but they were readily available online (log in to your account and go to orders), and using these we have completed building it with no issues. The only slightly bad part of the whole order was the vague delivery time slot, we were told it would come Monday or Tuesday and on Monday the deliverers tracker was not working. This isn't a real issue but it means you need to be around all day. I just wanted to review this so people can see that maybe the company isn't as bad as it's made out to be. The sheds they offer are far cheaper than elsewhere and for us at least, it's perfect.

Can't give any less than 1 star! I should never have bought from them. I bought a summerhouse and after 4 attempted deliveries, it finally arrived. The wood doesn't fit together properly, there are awful leaks. I've had to reinforce roof with ply wood. Flooring cracked as it was being put together. Customer services are useless - same of bog standard responses. You can't speak to anyone in the UK. Never once has BillyOh or Gardens Direct contacted me with any sort of apology or refund. Please steer clear if you possible can.

Frankly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Our shed was over 3 weeks late because they had to 'treat the wood'... I had to call them twice, both times the day before the expected delivery date, only to be told that it was delayed. The customer service was beyond a joke and they have 'terms and conditions' not to offer any form of compensation for any delay. I'm waiting for our refund for our cancellation after Ray, the manager's response to our grevivance for the massive delay was 'Well, what do you want me to do?' I urge anyone to look elsewhere for a shed... Unless you want what you'd think would be a simple order to turn into a nightmare!!

Absolute Joke, ordered a play house for my daughters 5th Birthday, when the item was delivered 4 parts were missing, contacted customer service who did not apologize but advised the parts would follow the following Thursday (original delivery was Friday) unacceptable as my daughters birthday was Wednesday but agreed to Thursday, parts then arrived Friday (a day later than agreed and 2 days after her birthday) for still a part to be missing - explain to a 5 year old the incompetence of this company and we now have no idea when the part will arrive and a very upset 5 year old daughter will be sharing this experience further - absolute disgrace - please feel free to contact me order number 1491658

I got cold feet on this company - I ordered a billyoh travis, ETA was within 3 weeks but its not 6-7 weeks and no delivery - started to get excuses from customer service that still to be manufactured/pressure treated etc. - i then chanced upon this site so the two combined has led me to cancel and order from another local company, feels like it was better to be safe rather then sorry and take a hit on waiting longer but for a better product

Do not order from this company. They are late with deliveries and then have the cheek to turn up with missing and faulty parts. I ordered a playhouse for my sons 3rd birthday. When it arrived I had 1 side, half a floor and no roof. The customer service are rude, unhelpful and very slow in all they do. I told the delivery driver to take the house back as I no longer wanted it and I wanted my money back, he tried to convince me to keep it and would send replacement parts when they are available. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back, I have had to contact my credit card company to help as the woman on the phone was refusing to give my money back. My son now has no playhouse for his birthday and I am £400 down. Shocking behaviour from this company. Please please make sure you read all reviews before thinking about ordering from this joke of a company!!!

This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered decking wood over a month ago. First they delivered unsa wood which had paint splashed in it, cracks, holes & some wood was different widths from 1 end to the other. When I reported the faulty online, nobody replies, when you phone the right department or person is never available. Finally 2 weeks later they offer to replace wood the delivery van arrives but with no wood & no space to take the faulty wood back. Again to takes days to speak to the right person. Replacement wood arrives 4 weeks after oringal delivery date, again at least a quarter of the wood was faulty. After again days of contacting they promised to deliver wood within a couple of days bit on delivery day no wood! Just an email to rearrange delivery date. 5& a half weeks later I am still waiting for replacement wood. Their customer services are shocking & they have no quality control. Poor product & terrible service!

Rubbish and lies shocking quality please don’t have anything to do with this firm my walls were the wrong size on my canton log cabin so ordered right ones still waiting two weeks later told they were on their way 3times today now told it will be tomorrow so wish we hadn’t used these aresholes

Please do not bother ordering from this company! They are in Rogue Traders territory with this shoddy excuse of a business. If you have an open order awaiting delivery, cancel it and get a refund. I ordered a shed back in May 2019 and it took nearly 6 weeks before I heard anything. By that point I had seen the 1-star reviews here and immediately started the refund process. Customer service is outsourced abroad, difficult to get hold of and takes ~24 hours for a reply. Ended up getting a refund eventually (approx 1 week to process) and used a reputable local company instead. A tad more expensive, but wonderful service and decent quality sheds. Have you cancelled yet? Do it.

I ordered a Lollipop Junior Playhouse, and firstly the item arrived without the fence I'd ordered, and then without instructions (these were eventually replaced). On first viewing, the panels looked a little 'scuffed' and splintered, but I didn't expect perfection from such an item, so I proceeded to put the item together. On assembly, I noticed further splintering of the wood, pieces that didn't quite fit together and required further 'work', and lots of panels that had holes in them, so when you put the item together, you could see the outside in a number of places. Some of the splinters and scuffs were so severe, the item required a lot of sanding and filling in order to make it safe for my 3 year old to use. BillyOh were not interested in offering a discount for the quality items that I provided photo evidence for, and didn't even replace the items I requested replacement of that were damaged. Their email and telephone comms were basic from an overseas centre, and the product was shoddy, hence the 1*
