ordered and paid for two 5`to6` palm trees received two 4` trees in poor condition. will certainly never use them again, there certainly not to be trusted

Ordered on 10th April. No product received. No update on delivery status. And worst of all NO communication. Stuck between a rock and a hard place now because they won't reply to emails at all, sent one 2 weeks ago and nothing! Really pi**ed off and won't use them again when I eventually get what I ordered. Pathetic.

Still waiting for my order nearly 5 weeks later tried to correspond with this company totally ignored I’m now asking for my money back still no response Never again this is the worst company I’ve come across

I ALSO ORDERED A TREE I AT THE BEGINNING OF APRIL AND ALTHO' I DUD HAVE NOTIFICATION SOON AFTER THAT MY ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED - STILL NO TREE!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered plants which didn't turn up, no communication received despite several enquiries from my end. You cannot get through to anyone to complain, website difficult to navigate and you have "raise a ticket" which nobody ever responds to. Finally over two months later the delivery arrived... One plant was completely dead and half of my order was missing. Raised another ticket but I doubt anyone will be in touch.

I ordered a tree and plants on 6/4/2020, eventually the plants (Not the tree) arrived on 7/5/2020, in poor condition, far smaller than described in advert and with no timescale for the missing tree. I have tried numerous times to contact Gardening Express, all ignored, it is now 16/5/2020 and still no word from them about the tree that they took payment for on 6/4/2020, I have asked for a refund, still no response. Poor quality plants, shockingly terrible customer service and ultimately taking payment without supplying goods.

Order placed on the 18/04/2020. Expected a long wait due to current circumstances, however I have had no response to emails and now after reading these reviews wished I had never bought from them. Live and learn.

Should be zero, waiting 5 weeks and still nothing ive left messages for a refund but nothing, filed a ticket which they keep ignoring now, blocked me of facebook and deleted 100's of bad comments on there, my review on trustpilot is been investigated for me telling the truth when my view is they should be investigated not me, no contact number to call, never been treated so poorly, do not buy from this company theyve taken my money and i have nothing but a few automated messages. Total sham, nothing express about you.🤬 stay well away as i am now.

Ordered plants 10th April still processing , automated emails recieved following my emails sent. 36 days now no plants £80.00 taken which I'm currently paying interested on a purchase I have not received. Im very upset cannot get my plants or money back. Disgraceful

I placed a order 16th april an still recived nothing.just terrible yet take yr money out as soon as order placed.why take money an let people place orders still .when you cant provide orders already placed.

Shocking. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Had to wait quite a while for delivery but was okay with that given the current virus situation. Plants arrived in a shockingly damaged box and plants inside too damaged. No phone number to call. No reply email address. Tried to send ticket but would not load. Took photos but unable to send them. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered my plants on the 8 April not received them yet! Can't contact them only through a computerized message system. Says they was despatched 4 days ago but the courier's have not received them yet. Complete liars

Further to my earlier submission, the telephone number Phone: 08448 044 253 given below, is not in service. What a surprise! The chat lines are also closed due to an unprecedented number of calls! I think I'll write to Mr. C Bonnett, address given by another customer below! Re the questions regarding communication with the company, there is no way of communicating with them, so what's the point in asking?

I ordered over £100 worth of plants on 11th April. Not a word, just the confirmatory email. No phone, no chat and no response to emails. This is unacceptable. Tracking says 'processing'. I can't cancel my order either. What is going on?

Horrid and stressful experience battered and dead plants delivered. No response to (date stamped) pictures of the problem just repetitive emails raising “ tickets “. Unfortunately I only discovered after ordering, that this company was bad before the virus impacted businesses and is now using this as an excuse to take its customer services to a complete low. Like others, I WILL be going to the small claims court, it’s now no longer about the value of the goods but the principle of not being ripped off. They will have to pay court costs when I win (which trust me I will ) as I have substantial evidence of their failings and a determination to stop them treating other people as a useful “ cash cow” at a time of crisis. I will also be contacting the newspapers which took their adverts and be alerting them to Gardening Express tactics. E McKie

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. I ordered £80 worth of plants on 10 April. Like so many of you, waited and waited and have tried to cancel my order twice through ticket communications and email. No response. I’m so angry, I intend to report them to Trading Standards. I would never use them again and would urge people not to order from them.
