They've taken my money obviously unable to fulfil my order. They should not have charged me until the goods where despatched. No response to my support ticket I've raised asking them to please cancel my order. No other way to contact them. The website says there is a cancel option on My Account. There isn't. I've spoken to relative to tell them and the first thing they said was 'oh no you've not ordered from them. We did and when the plants arrived they were half dead'. Worst customer service ever. I strongly advise not to order and just go to a garden centre or B &.

So very disappointed with gardening express. I placed an order on the 14th April and thought I would give them the benefit of doubt due to the current circumstances. However, still nothing and we are coming up on 6 weeks. That’s near on 6 weeks that they have had my money. No explanation, no apology. Appalling service.

Ordered 16 April, they took my money straight away. Items were all in stock (3 items, so a smallish order). Advised 3-5 days for delivery with some delays of between 2-4 weeks. Waited the 4 weeks, emailed them and raised a support ticket. No response at all. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. Items now out of stock, unable to contact them and they're ignoring all messages (unless you're thanking them, in which case they find the time to respond to you). Complete and utter SCAM. Have my bank dealing with getting my money back now. I would NOT recommend and I will NOT be using them again, despite having used them previously on a few occasions. Their customer service is completely non-existent and you will need your bank to arrange the refund. Avoid the hassle.

Over 4 weeks and still no delivery, lack of updates from the company and absolutely no way of contacting them to get an update on its progress - would not recommend.

Shockingly awefull service.. Disgusting. Plants arrived EVENTUALLY.. 6 weeks they took. See the photos I took... Don't touch gardening express..they take your money immediately then don't ship for weeks and then plants were not good....actually I had 2 good roses to be fair, however 2 clematis arrived...ou look and see what you think. These should be foot high plants.. Avoid this company They don't reply or acknowledge anything you send... Nothing at all

please report them to trading standards uk and contact your bank if you have not recieved your goods within 30 days , this company should be shut down immediately, lesson i have learnt check at least 3 review companies before buying

Very disappointed like everyone else happy to take your money but no customer services whatsoever have ordered from several companies during lock down and have had fantastic service so will not be using them again I placed my order on 17th April and now 20th May.........

I ordered £100 of plants from this company as their delivery times said 3-5 working days and possibly longer, and other sites said a month, so I was conned into thinking I'd get my plants from this company quicker. Turns out the others were telling the truth and this company was lying. So they took the money straight away, it didn't sit as pending on my credit card like it does with other companies until the delivery is made, and then I got a message a week later saying it could be more than a month. When I look at the reviews on here I see it's been 6 weeks for some people. And all the time they have my money. Mailed and got a quick response, but just pasting text from the FAQs saying, no refunds, even though my order has not even been touched and is still sitting at the first stage. They say I have to take delivery then return them. Crazy? And in the meantime I have no money to buy others elsewhere as they have taken my money! I would be less angry if they didn't take the money until delivery but lying about timelines and then taking money straight away is just not on. My plants may or may never arrive but I won't be using this company again due to their policies of money grabbing and lying.

I ordered on 8th April and finally got delivery yesterday of only 2 parts of order. Most of the plants were in good shape but all 5 of the loopins that I ordered were dead. I am trying to get a refund but so far to no avail! very frustating as only automated responses.

Not answering emails. No update on order. Have been very patient, regarding despatch and delivery but I spent a lot of money on the plants and have heard nothing from them. I shall ask for a refund AGAIN. Like others, I hoped that my order would help a UK business to keep going during this dreadful time. It doesn't take over a month to pack and deliver a plant, for heaven's sake ! Terribly disappointed and will NEVER use again.

Dreadful experience with this company, would never use again. I made an order 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. I understand that things are a little slow at the moment but there is just no communication from them. There is no telephone number so you can't speak to someone, only a message service which they never reply to. I have messaged them numerous times only to be ignored. I am going to have to try to get my money back another way. Avoid!

im in the same boat by the sound of it. my 1st order arrived after 5 weeks and was ok. i have only received part of my second order which was placed 7th april yet the site said it has been dispatched. i have given them until 22/05/2020 or i will place an online claim to the county court. they have no respect for customers so i will place a CCJ on them

Ordered plants in 24th April. Still no plants and no response to my complaint. No way of contacting them or getting a refund. I am in lock down with my poorly husband and these plants were to cheer him up. Our money was taken immediately and because the amount is under £100 I can't claim on my credit card. This company is disgusting, greedy and shouldn't we allowed to trade.

I am STILL waiting for an £189.65 order that I placed almost six weeks ago when an ‘up to 15 days’ delivery was promised because of COVID19z Despite emailing and raising a query docket i have had no satisfactory response or indication as to when my plants will arrive! Truly shocking service and a company who are using COVID as an excuse! I am an very concerned because of the sizable amount of my order and no contact for over 6 weeks! What else can I do? Zero stars!

I placed an order on 24 April, luckily for only one clematis as I had bought several other plants from another garden centre that arrived safe and in excellent condition, I was attracted by the so-called offer of a £4 reduction in GE's price. The plant arrived yesterday, nearly a month later, virtually leafless, flimsily packed and obviously damaged. The comparison with the other garden centre is unbelievable. I won't bother to ask for my money back judging by all the bad reviews.

One month to the day the plant was ordered and it still hasn't arrived, the only response to my inquires has been automated. I'll be contacting Trading Standards and the bank about Gardening Express today, l recommend that everyone else does the same.

Ordered bay trees on 8th May, promised them a week later still waiting, if I don’t get them soon I will be shoving them them up their ar.... and expecting a full refund.
