Do not order from them. My experience the same as many. No news on original order after nearly 5 weeks - no response to any form of communication. I had forgotten 1 item so unfortunately placed a 2nd order a few days later. This did arrive after 3 weeks pretty much dead (expensive compost!) - and as instructed sent details and photos, no response. No option on line to cancel the original order. Shameful when so many people are trying to make the best of a bad situation, are financially impacted and turning to their gardens for consolation. Do the decent thing, and what some other companies have done. Simply say you are unable to fulfill orders at the moment. Unfortunately my bank have chosen this time to withdraw the facility to complete a claim form in these circumstances. But that is for another review.

Placed an order, never received the goods nor a response to various emails chasing. This is clearly not a legitimate company in my opinion

Ordered 8th April. Paid for. Still waiting. Opened a support ticket twice without any help. Asked for refund, no reply. I've ordered plants in the same period from other online companies and received without problem. Learned my lesson. Will never deal with them again.

Need closing down fraudsters. Still taking money of people at this time what we are all experiencing should be ashamed of yourselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Impossible to get hold of them, phone disabled. Took my money early April, no plants of course, what a company! It also sounds as if the plants are absolute rubbish, what can anyone do?

Placed an order on the 12th April, got confirmation through and money taken out. Still no plants. No response to the ticket system. Tried to cancel order, can’t get through to anyone at all and messages ignored. Looking at the comments below, I’m going to attempt to get the money back through my bank. Wish me luck!

Even allowing for lockdown, an order that was showing delivery within 5 days has taken over a month and the first order arrived and half the plants were damaged. They were packed tight on top of the others so everything was snapped off/broken. I'm not sure they've actually sent the right plant either. I have submitted two tickets - they no longer take phone calls - and weeks have gone past with no reply. No idea if I'll ever get my second order and clearly they don't care the first one was delivered in such bad condition due to the packing at their end. I would not use this company again.

Why dosnt trading standards do something about Chris bonnet of gardening express most of his customers are elderly and can’t afford to lose money .he should be done for fraud

it has been 5 weeks since I ordered nearly £200 worth of plants that have still to arrive. They dont respond to emails, to ticket queries, have no telephone number and appear in no hurry to refund my or even respond to my request to refund. I placed my order on the 10th April and it is now the middle of May. Nothing, no communication, no response no nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Still no plants or response to my inquiry. I got a message to say my plants are in transit nearly a week ago. So they’ll be dead! Yet you’ve taken £80 and not responded to my request for a refund. Dreadful business that should be reported even in this situation- clearly can’t cope with orders but don’t care if the money keeps rolling in

Order initially placed 5/4/20 and money taken immediately. Plants eventually delivered 28/4/20 and were mostly dead. They had initially removed the function to be able to contact customer service, this has since been reinstalled but I am still awaiting a reply from 2/5/20. Incredibly disappointing quality and service.

Absolute disgrace of a company!!! Do not go near them. They do not respond to my ticket requests. I have not received anything from them. My order went through on April 4th. They seem happy to take the money though!! I placed three orders in total and now trying to get a refund.
