So, I ordered the t-shirt for a birthday present and payed the extra £10 for it to be here on time. It arrived and the printing was wrong, I ordered it on the front but it came on the back. I checked my order confirmation email and it says, front centre for the text but it came on the back. The joke was completely ruined for his birthday and none of us were happy. On top of this, the day it arrived I called the number on the emails and they woman told me that they’d all gone home, she couldn’t help me and that she’d get someone to call me back “tomorrow”. Took all my details and that was two weeks ago!! No one has called me back to resolve the issue. I’m not happy at all and I want something done about this!

The feel Of the four coats I bought was much lighter and thinner than I expected, with no give in the material. Two child’s ones were good but the two adult ones were miles away from fitting and I threw them away. Sizes were way off. The printing was okayish but I had stressed “big and vibrant” and actually it wasn’t either of those things. Kind of sad little jackets really. The guy I was talking to when ordering was helpful and kept me in the loop, and my order was done very quickly. I didn’t have much idea what they would be like, but I’m disappointed

Hi Sue and thanks for your feedback. This is a big challenge for our industry, because there are so many products to choose from, it is very difficult to advise on sizes and styles to ensure customer happiness. In this instance we would suggest ordering blank samples, to test the products first, and then we would refund the cost of these blank samples from your larger order. We hope to print for you again soon, thanks

The artwork on one of the hoodies was disproportionately resized which made it appear squashed. The artwork on another was very dull. I was happy with the third hoodie otherwise I would've given 1 star!

Hi Andrew, I am so sorry that you are disappointed with the order. As you can see from the rest of our reviews, this is very much out of the norm. Your account manager Stephen has tried to contact you several times via email and phone and cannot get hold of you. This is the first we have heard of your disappointment, so if you can get back to Stephen, we will find a solution for this for you. Many Thanks, Garment Printing

They are using plastisol ink for a black artwork what is not really looks black. Not nice at all. Will not order anything in the feature.

Your customer service is fine and attentive, the print looks good but the shirts i received look different from what was on your online catalog. The neck design is different and is of the style i was trying to avoid.

All went well at first, and communication was good, with a lovely sense of flexibility when we had to do payments via a different office. Things went wrong with the actual printing, however. We sent in a text in an old (as in 400-year-old) font, on a normal PDF. That didn't work for GarmentPrinting, though, and they asked for the "Artwork ... as vectored files, preferably AI, EPS or PDF's using Adobe Illustrator." Since we couldn't do that at our end, we asked them to 'redraw', as they put it, the artwork, against a fee of an extra £25+VAT. And that's how Shakespeare's "Wee will meete, & there we may rehearse most ob-seenely, and coragiously. Take paines, bee perfit: adieu.” (Or, as we’d put it in modern English: “We will meet, and there we may rehearse most obscenely, and courageously. Take pains, be perfect: adieu.”) was turned into gobbledigook: “Wee will merge, & there we may rebcarfe mofleb feenely, and coragioufly. Take paines, bee perfit:adieu.” Furthermore, the 'redrawing' had involved ditching the original font and using another font which may look similar to someone who isn't used to this stuff, but to us it's miles away from that of Shakespeare's first printed edition, which is what we wanted. It's true that we were sent a proof before it got printed, but the proof was divided in a tiny image of the full printed bag, which is what I saw when I looked at the message, and only if you scrolled down could you see the transcription in detail. I missed that because I thought that the image I was looking at was the proof. Anyway, we explained the situation and that the bags would be handed out at a specialist conference. To rectify the matter, we were offered a reprint at a discounted price of £100 for fifty bags. That was outside our budget (a small academic journal), since we'd already spent a large sum on the bags, so we had to just keep the bags as they were and apologise to the delegates at our conference. Very embarrassing. Won't be using this company again. By the way, I wasn't going to write a review, but was asked to provide one just after my last exchange with the company. So it looks like they actually want me to tell this story.

Our order was delivered to your wrong depot and was therefore not dispatched on time. As a result you had to repeat the order, which result in us receiving our delivery late. We appreciated the efforts you went to to get a replacement order, and we are happy with the order.
