“Excellent service and fabulous insurance prices”

“Very helpful over the telephone, also saving me further money with a Multi-car offer. I saw a lot of potential issues down the road with such a policy, but they patiently enlightened me over these concerns. Such as what happens to my NCB on both cars policies in the future (Which was a major concern, having earned full NCD on both existing cars policies over the years! (Normally this is lost if you don't re-insure within 2 years!)).”

“excellent service above and beyond my expectations. due to an oversight when changing to a personal plate my son was not insured. A customer service advisor was able to help us with the issues outside normal working hours to enable my son to return to his place of work following a weekend leave. Many thanks”

“I cannot fault Admiral. I had an accident and within an hour they had arranged to have the car picked up and taken to Just Car Clinic. One week later my car was delivered back to me.”

“Ben - Renewals He was brilliant, answered all my questions in a happy and professional way. Really enjoyed my phone call with him. He was very informative and definitely knew what he was talking about. Been with Admiral car insurance for a year going into my second year and I have always been very impressed with the service they provide and will probably stick with them for the rest of my driving insurance policies. I would recommend Admiral to anyone! Thanks again Ben!”

“I had narrowed my search down to 3 companies, one of which was my then current provider. Of those only Admiral rang me back, so they got the business. Had to let my then current provider down gently. Maybe they do not value my custom as much as Admiral. No claim made so far so cannot comment on that aspect of Admiral.”
