if i could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. We were asked to contact the company to contact them but the number provided was never answered and my daughter we subsequently sent a threatening e-mail because she had not contacted them! Although their customer services representatives were very polite there ability to provide a service is laughable. It took 2 calls in which we were put on hold for first 45 mins and then 1 hour 40 mins. We cancelled the policy as I was deeply disturbed by their poor service.

was looking for insurance for my son's first car and used the Meerkats to find this company. Having proceeded to payment on the website, I was not made aware a black box was involved which was my first concern. I then read the trust pilot reviews on this company and subsequently had reservations about using them, so I decided to cancel after just 4 days. They then requested £180 for the black box which fortunately hadn't yet been fitted plus a £60 cancellation fee. I then had to wait exactly 30 days to get my £1,200 pounds refunded, which is ludicrous, why charge a cancellation fee and then make customers wait that long to get their money back? Imagine I had no other means of paying for alternative car insurance and then had to wait 30 days before I could drive! Anyway, I managed to get the same cover via Hastings Direct with NO black box for only £200 more, which is well worth the peace of mind and hassle free driving. My son is looking forward to an unhindered no claims bonus next year!

It’s good in some aspects but bad in other yeah it helps you keep to the speed limits but it also makes other driver sit on your arse, no harsh braking or whatever but what if the idiot in front brakes harsh but they don’t get points taken away just doesn’t seem fair.

The worst customer serivce. They couldnt get a date within 14 days of the policy and wantedto cancel on me. Also when calling customer serivce they pick up the phone and drop it after 20 minutes of waiting. I will never recommend these people.

If I could give a 0 I would, I cancelled within a month and they took £700. I had to chase my refund on multiple occasions after listening to their excuses. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from them, they only want your money and when they get it they don't care about you anymore. Oh one more thing my insurance started 2 days later then it was suppose to because they didn't update their system so I couldn't even drive them days.

If I could leave 0 stars then like many others I would. Stay away at all costs. Tried charging an extra £300 because I got the dates of buying my car mixed up by 24 hours. Then after cancelling they've had the cheek to charge a cancellation fee. Even though I cancelled within my 14 days. Absolute joke trying to get through to customer services and they're email system is a complete waste of time too. Rip off, of a company, happy to scam youngsters.

THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS THE SHITTEST THING I'VE COME ACROSS IN THE 17 YEARS OF MY EXISTANCE! First of all, my box wasn't fixed on the day agreed because the guy was running late, not my fucking problem is it, secondly getting in touch with them has been impossible for me so far, I have tried to get in touch with them over the phone but just haven't been able to, so I emailed them, even then I got 1 response, and even then it was irrelevant. Soon I'll be sending a fucking pigeon with a letter! Also they're trying to charge me unbelievable money for no valid reason. Stay away from them.

Absolute scam black box is a joke said my speed and everything else was bad but I would follow all the speed limits just an excuse to squeeze money out of young people and then cancel there insurance

I would put 0 stars but can't! Don't use autosaint as they are just one big scam. The black box gave false information so much that when I didn't drive my car for over a month my score dropped even though I hadn't driven it at all. Was my first insurance company and now that my policy ends this month I am so incredibly happy to be rid of them.

Not even one star! Absolutely shocking company! Had problems insuring my first car with them and have had even more now I've tried to switch the policy to my newest car. You'll wait in a phone queue for half an hour before being put through to a bunch of brain dead staff who have not a shitting clue what they're doing! 5 calls later and I've still not had my policy switched- a seemingly easy task! Outrageous! I cannot wait for December so I can cancel my insurance with them and keep well out of their way. Shit company. Shit staff.

Absolutely shocking insurance provider! i have tried to ring autosaint insurance for 4 days now and every time I have tried there has been around 12-20 people in the que! So after waiting around for half hour to get through to them I tell them about that I want to cancel my insurance and then I get disconnected ! Then the next day I receive a letter saying if I don't reinstate my direct debit I will have to pay £1000 , I have been trying to get in contact with this useless company for sometime now really frustrated with autosaint , maybe try employ more agents to help the customers out! SHOCKING

Recently taken out insurance for my son. You requested that both myself and my son contact you. Requested call backs, did not happen. Each occasion very long wait re telephone customer services contact - { up to 20 mins on one occasion}. Informed log wait as a result high volume of students returning to university. I believe this could be defined as a ' predicted situation' and therefore appropriate resources should be in place. Arranged black box installation on a prearranged time. Agreed and then informed of a totally different date and time for installation. Not a good start and not impressed so far!

0 STARS!!!!! Not even had this policy 3 weeks and it has been cancelled already because apparently they couldn't get in touch with a parent or guardian, 1 phone call was made to a parent which was answered but the line cut off after 1 minute of it being live. Cancellation fee's of £188.37 for apparently fees that couldn't actually be stated to why they are that much. A £196 deposit and £188.37 cancellation fee all in the space of 3 weeks, please if you're a young driver like me don't get reeled in by the cheap insurance policy, look else where and pay a bit extra to avoid being scammed and tied down to payment fees that can't actually be stated to why they are so high. Joke of customer service and a joke of a company, they wait until you have put a deposit down to then cancel it straight after. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! My first insurance was with autosaint, and they done nothing but mess me around. They'd do anything to try and get more money out of young drivers! Every time I phoned up I was on hold for over half an hour, that's after ringing the only number on there website and being passed through several different people! Never recommending this company to anyone, autosaint don't care about their customers at all!

UNBELIEVEABLE! They never turned up to fit my box and so they cancelled my policy! To make things worse they are the first insurance company I have ever come across that still required me to pay the rest of the years premium! Because I was worried about debt collectors I set up a payment plan to pay back the amount that I should have owed. After speaking to some professionals they told me to ignore all correspondence and see what that to..lo and behold they offered a discount of the amount owed!? I continued to ignore them and they gave up completely! Absolute scum trying to scam young drivers! Do not use them, or their sister companies!
