STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I have had endless problems, complete scam wouldn't recommend to anyone. When looking for provisional learning insurances in February of this year, Autosaints offered me a years policy so that if I passed my test at any point of the year (which I had booked, and passed, the follow month) I could just ring and they'd change it to full licence FREE of charge. This worked out the cheapest and most reasonable. I had a box fitted to the dash in my car a few weeks following which recorded my speed, acceleration and braking and an allowance of 8,000 miles a year, within just 8 months of checking the dashboard moniter saying My driving was "excellent", I recieved a letter saying I had almost hit my mileage allowance and if I did not add more they'd have no other choice but to cancel my policy. I then rang and was charged £500 to add an extra 5,000 miles on to my allowance. On the 2nd of December, 2 months before I would expect to get my first years no claim, I received a letter in a plain white envelope with no evidence that it has been tracked, the letter inside stated "Following previous warning that you are one of the worst drivers that we insure, we have again recieved your driving behaviours and unfortunately as it hasn't improved to the standards required, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL YOUR POLICY AS OF 09/12/15" after endless phones calls to find a reason why, I finally got through with no help and claims that they had tried contacting me to warn me that this would happen through phonecalls, post and email to both me and my parents, we received NONE of this!!!! After arguing this and that my overall driving score on my dashboard box was at 98% they refused to reassess the situation and advised me to cancel to policy myself before they declare it for me. I wish I had payed that little bit extra to get insured elsewhere.

Never never use this insurance company. They are stealing money. Applied for insurance £1600 per year. I payed £350 deposit and £160pm. Had insurance with already 2 months and then they decided that i must pay additional £1800 in 7 days or my policy will be cancelled. I am not crazy so i told thet I not gonna pay it and told you can cancel. After cancelation i didn't get any money back and was asked to pay some outstanding £186.97. So 2 months insurance costed me about £600

Very unhappy. I rang and told them i will be keeping the car in a different adress they said its fine. A month later they have taken 600 pound off me an they cancelled the insurance. When i asked for money back they said it was all going to them for the cancellation fee. Im taking them to court an i will get justice

I got my black box fitted on Tuesday the 27th of October, two men came out to fit my black box. i didn't get a chance to check my car till later on (when it was dark) which was when I noticed they had left my side lights had been left on all day. I went to get my keys to turn off the lights but when I tried twisting the switch off it wouldn't budge until I had to force it back round until the button popped out a bit, so clearly one of these men have forcefully pushed my switch in. (why I don't know??) I tried to turn on my car hoping that it hadn't drained my battery but it had. When I came to charge my car battery up the 2 days later I noticed my passenger side window had been left fully down, over them 2 days it had heavily rained leaving the whole inside of passenger side of my car soaking wet, including my gears and handbreak. I understand that I should have checked my car sooner but when I got my insurance and blackbox with these people I expected the job don't properly and professionally. I am very angry and up set about how they have treated my first ever car.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Absolute shower. They draw you in using low quotations only to find that in the event of an accident you are not actually covered for the things you think you have been paying the premium for. Customer Service is non-existent. Advice would be pay the extra few quid and go with a decent reputable company.. Autosaint should be re-named Autoshit....

Like the rest of us, I got lured in with the cheap quotes. I was with them for 2 years, never claimed or needed them for anything. 7 days before I was due to leave them and go with someone else they decide to cancel my policy!!! Meaning I don't get my 2nd year NCD. This insurance company is an absolute CON!! I wish I payed a little extra to go with a known insurance company, as now I'm paying more on a new insurance policy as I have to tell them I've had a previous policy cancelled and only have 1 year NCD. Please don't go with them! Find a well known brand, even if it is a couple £100 more!

Absolutely shocking company, avoid them at all cost! I was lured in by cheap quotes and then ended up paying way over any others on hidden their fees. I was told to cancel I would have to pay a one off £60 fee which I agreed too, now there asking for £160 and refused to release my years no claims making my new insurance invalid which in turn has me loosing another £300 on cancellations and new insurers deposit. Customer service is also shockingly bad! Do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid. I would give minus stars if possible!

They first tried to give me an incorrect insurance certificate giving me less cover and now basically all the roads have the wrong speed limit. Apparently the slip roads onto A roads are all 30 zones

Horrendous insurance company do not take out a policy with them. 2 weeks later I have not got through to an advisor as I'm cut off 20 minutes in to being on hold. I cannot believe this is a customer service phone number and you cannot get through. Personally I think it's embarrassing and horrific. As soon as I get through I am cancelling this policy. They are the worst customer service department I've ever had to deal with by FAR! Awful.

Horrendous company DO NOT USE! Took a policy out today online and had an email to call before they would activate the insurance. 35 minutes calling no answer. Auto saints call me, I tell them to cancel the policy, the employee makes some snidey remark and hangs up on me mid sentence. Did anyone answer when I rang back? Noope.. I was unsure about taking a policy with autosaints originally, I'd only been with trusted corporate insurers previous. Took a gamble and it didn't pay off, should have stayed with well known brand. I took another policy out with a different insurer, and gladly paid the higher premium. Autosaints? Autoshit!

Horrible insurance company. Stay away! They lure you in with a cheap quote & then you are hit with hidden/extra charges. In addition to this, their customer service team is terrible. Had an accident during my first week of driving and dealing with them was horrific. Had to wait 20+ minutes to speak to an advisor every single time I phoned in to get an update on my claim (very expensive on the phone bill). They are not helpful/do not give you any sort of indication or update on your claim & they cancelled my policy out of nowhere. Terrible insurance company designed to exploit the young. Stay away! Stay away'

Absolutely disgusting insurance company/broker. Terrible customer service! I went over my mileage limit, and they did t send the letter out until 2 days before they were due to 'cancel my policy' and they are trying 'estimate' my personal mileage to which they say are 'due' £655.30 to add 5000 miles excluding a £60 change to policy fee. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT MAY SEEM AT FIRST!!

Dont even consider going with this company, insurance was way too expensive as it was, and i tried to change my address with them due to being posted, and they attempted to charge an extra £500 for moving house, and when i rang up to cancel my policy they charged me an additional £73 just to cancel, despite paying £133 ten days before so infact i didnt get any money back even though I had only had 10 days insurance cover rather than a full month, any way possible this company will mug you off any chance they get. STAY AWAY.

Was quoted over the internet for £425 a year for my learner insurance. It all went through and was processing and to speed up the process it asked me to give them a call. I wanted learner insurance because I was going to be booking my test in the next 2 months and wanted to drive my own car to help me improve alongside my driving lessons - whilst on the phone confirming my details the lady asked me if I was going to be taking my driving test in the next 8 weeks, to which I replied yes.. only to then be told I would have to pay the price for a full UK license (which was more than £1000 a year)!!! when i'm a provisional license holder!! the lady over the phone was very rude and unhelpful and did not seem to be able to explain to me why I would have to pay for a full uk license when I want to insure my car for a provisional and how being test ready has got anything to do with this. I hastily cancelled the transaction after that!! awful, money robbing company.

Premium rockets once you've passed your test. Awful when it comes to refunding. The amount of money that comes off the paid premium for a young driver is incredible. Phones not great either. One website says hours are X to Y but paperwork says something different so when you try and call they are closed. Steer well clear.
