THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO GO WITH. Absolute rip off, the telematics box readings are false as they are trying to get as much money as they can. They are many other insurance company's that are a lot cheaper and are not trying to scam young drivers just because they are vulnerable. Will never ever use AUTOSAINT insurance company again and will be warning everyone I know to not get dragged into it. Customer service team are appalling, all in all absolute rip off and a scam and if I could give it no stars on this review I would!!

Worst car insurance ever scamming young people out of lots of money, trying to send speeding alerts out saying my car was speeding when it was in the body shop, constantly saying your braking to hard and accelarating to hard, robbing and by far the worst insurance, advise everyone to stay away, the staff is rude, all of the insurance is robbing shambles, now they have sent a warning letter threatening to cancel insurance, so I have stuck to the speed limit to see what actually happens then they decide to tell me I have 4 days and my insurance is cancelled, stay away and don't consider going with them, worst mistake you will make, because it's the worst mistake I've made, ruined my chances of getting insured again STAY AWAY

Possibly the biggest scam out of all the insurance companies around. Never told at start of premium that changes would be made to purchasing additional miles, which I've disputed is a breach of contract. Now means an extra 1000 miles could cost up to £250. Already pay ridiculous amounts for my premium each month and now I have to pay even more on top just to m car whilst worrying constantly about exceeding mileage. Also claimed I had driving convictions and a modified car listed ibn my premium when I don't have either. Definitely wouldn't recommend! Steer clear!

Possibly the worst insurance company out there. The borderline fraudulent kind that tries to trip you up with emails like 'you owe £280 because you've not provided proof of no claims' to 17 year olds taking out their FIRST policy when ofcourse that isn't applicable

In my opinon (I may be bitter or not) but the company try to either obtain more money at every opportunity they can (shock) or just make your life a tiny bit worse. I have had a problem with exceeding my miles, which I phoned them up about and just said okay I will sort it out but I will definitely be leaving the company after it all happens because they never explained to me that there are many additional costs to purchasing miles depending your score. The next day I checked my mile limit has gone up so I assumed they decided to just give me extra miles, which was misleading of them. Today I got an email saying I exceeded the limit and that I need to pay. The increase in my limit was due to their error yet I'm the one who is paying for their mistake as I have been driving more due to the limit increasing. They are charging 418 pounds for 3,000 miles when my speeding score is 98/100. I think it's ridiculous that a company can't do anything about charging you so much money for everything. They are not helpful and don't help young drivers in my opinion and I am a young driver myself. I wouldn't recommend and I am very positive I will be changing company as soon as my insurance finishes in 2 months.

Again like everybody here, if I could give 0 stars I would. Whatever you do please stay away from this company. I don't even know how they have been allowed to still be in operation. Absolutely terrible company who thrive of their young customers and make their lives a living hell

Incorrect documentation sent - charges say one thing on the email and another in the policy documentation (which was very difficult to find!!) very worried and very distressed and I can't afford what you've put in the documents!!

The worse company insurance ever. They were suppose to install the black box within my car 4 times within 14 days, I manage to take some days offs, nobody never showed up then after 14 days they cancelled the insurance because they said that the black box was not installed not I did not respect the contract, are they joking ? I took loads of appointment and nobody showed up !! I paid a bloody £300 deposit and now afterthecancellation they still ask me £150. This company is the worse I ever seen. I can't even understand how a company like this can still trade, they have no ethic at all. Do not subscribe with them the only thing that you gonna gain is giving money for nothing, it's not worthy !

Despite waiting a short amount of time for a server to be free the staff were absolutely lovely! So friendly and constantly informative, even the receptionist I spoke to during my wait. My server was kind and clear in explaining everything to me which was useful as a provisional driver! She gave examples when appropriate and answered all questions or queries I had. She even offered an alternate policy to the one I had found online which was far more beneficial to me and saved me money. So pleased with all my dealings with them (I've called up 2 previous times too, lovely experiences then too).

Absolute con, do not use this company, would give them 0/5 if I could, I drive like a granny and I've received shitty emails threatening to cancel my insurance due to dangerous driving, they have no idea what they are doing!

There's a reason that your initial insurance payment is cheap with Autosaint, its because they are a terrible company. As a young driver we all know how difficult it is to afford insurance and a car. I called up to add commuting to my policy for work and they said an admin fee of £30 would be charged, by the end of the call it had gone up to £60. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs, will not be renewing with them!

Constant emails saying speeding, only done 220 miles in 6 weeks. I wont be renewing after this year is up. Id like to know what speed triggers the emails ? Would auto saint like to respond
