“Quick easy and cheapest regarding type of cover great customer service”

“This is my second year running with Bennetts insurance. I used an online comparison site on both occasions and amongst the many hundreds of insurance providers Bennetts have always been the best on price and the best on cover.”

“Received very poor service when I asked for information about the RAC cover I had paid for through Bennetts. Basically I was told to go away and call the RAC for information even though Bennetts had not given me any details of the RAC cover. The total dimwit Bennetts employed in the call centre couldn't get it into his thick head that without any details the RAC would not be able to help me. Furthermore the telephone number the dimwit gave me for the RAC was the breakdown number which guess what went through to music. I gave up after holding for 15 minutes. I then emailed Vince Chaney Bennetts CEO who's signature is at the bottom of the welcome email the send out. He did actually reply at weekend and promised someone would investigate. Unfortunately no one at Bennetts really seems to take any notice of their CEO as two months later I'm still waiting for a response. All my other bikes are covered with Carole Nash who's service is in my experience 100 times better. So I expect I'll be going back to Carole Nash when renewal time comes.”

“terrible and illegal !! i rang up to cancel this automatic renewal and you still renewed policyat an uncompetitive rateso i will have ring up again and sort this out totally disgusted and i will never use bennets again”

“Phoned up as insurance had not been continued automatically as card had expired. Information from operator was quite abrupt although information was corrected. Ended up paying more than my renewal despite only a few days had passed between renewal date and when insurance was taken out.”

“I am now with a new insurance provider and feel a little annoyed that Bennetts have still not provided my new company with my no claims discount proof.please can you get this sorted out as soon as possible..thanks. Apart from that I've been very happy with Bennetts !”

“i was very pleased with the help of the staff at the end of the line she was very helpful and efficient it made the transaction easy and when asked for any other insurance companies to look for she was more than helpful and sourced one which we agreed to”

“very disappionted have used bennets before without problem but when took out policy and sent in renewal notice from previous insurer as proof of no claim few days later had letter saying policy cancelled and money refunded minus Â£50 when phoned up to enquire told renewall notice not accepted but could take out new policy when asked about providing proof of no claims was told no problem they would phone previous firm for confimation took out new policy but still lost Â£50 feel conned”
