“Bennetts made me happy by providing the best available cover at the best price. However, let's not think this is all good because Bennetts should not allow underwriters to deem a bike substitution unacceptable when the only difference is to one a year newer. This was the only change and yet I had to cancel my policy and have Bennetts hold me to ransom on cancellation of the add-on policies. The company then tried to fleece me of another £48 for "outstanding" premium on a monthly paid policy cancelled pro-rata. It might have been an interesting one for the courts to adjudicate on!”

“The insurance was competitively priced and included all the extras I require in my bike insurance. It was quick and easy to apply for the insurance. When speaking to the staff on the telephone they were polite, efficient and tried their hardest to sort out any problems to my satisfaction.”

“I sent proof of no claims bonus that was rejected. I then had to phone to enquire why as it was one of your preferred methods of proof. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was then told it was accepted.”

“Unfortunately I had to cancel my insurance because I didn't keep the bike I bought. I only had the policy for three weeks at a charge of £66:00 but was charged £50 to cancel the policy what a ripoff!!!”

“Excellent cover - everything from personal injury, leathers & kit, and breakdown cover - which are all usually extra - £40 cheaper than my previous insurer! Telesales guy also very helpful and friendly - he took time to listen to what I wanted and then was able to offer just what I required, cheaper. Spot-on!”

“Got a quote online through a comparison site which rose by 50% when I tried to purchase. Rang Bennett only to treated like a child by an advisor who kept saying do it line, it must be an error by the comparison site. I found the Bennett website to be very difficult and had to stop because it was impossible to finish as it would not accept a blank field. I rang Bennetts back only tobe”
