“I had a problem with the website trying to pay I had to ring up and I spoke to Kieron he was fantastic and so very professional he helped me so much and his knowledge of your products to be honest I'm glad I had a problem on the Internet as he managed to cut down the excess on my policy he explained it to me so it was easy to understand the cover you get is really good and excellent value for money it was an excellent service with a personal touch I'm very impressed with your company and I've already recommended your company to a friend please note that Kieron is a credit to your company I give him 10/10 fantastic.”

“I phoned Bennetts as my renewal was not as competitive as I other quotes. I spoke to Simon who was very helpful. Knew my bike and me and after a discussion told e he would look into it. He phoned me within the 30 minutes promised. He had gone to a couple of insurance companies he knew my profile was a good match and he would discuss my situation. The revised quote was outstanding easily beating all other quotes and had a few extras ..Thankyou Bennetts you really do understand bikers and customer satisfaction. Looking forward to another year with you.”

“Just renewed my insurance' which at first I thought was a bit on the high side however I rang and spoke to Gemma who sorted my query out straight away and have me a lower quote. I must say that Gemma was a credit to Bennett's and was very polite and friendly while at the same time was also very professional. Many thanks.”

“I have renewed with Bennetts as they have once again provided the best cover at the best price they did not however make it easy I was trying to sort my insurance when I had some spare time but although I could get new quotes from everyone at 30 days Bennetts would not provide me with a renewal quote until 21 days before so I could not compare prices. Once I reached the 21 day limit speaking directly to Bennetts they would not match the price and type of cover I got from a comparison site for cover also with Bennetts and they recommended I use the website to get a new quote. Once again different deals and prices came up that did not suit and in the end I used a cashback site to keep the price down on a policy that is excessive for my needs. This sounds like a rant but it was mainly an annoyance and I have ultimately renewed with Bennetts and I would recommend them.”

“I will be staying with Bennett's for yet another year as they stay very competitive with a good reputation.this being good sorry to say upon renewal I did get through to the right department quickly I struggled to understand the renewals advisors accent so did rely on checking through my emailed policy to make sure all ok.it wasn't as easy and smooth as before.regards John.”

“Bennetts is the cheapest insurance I've had for my bike in 10 years of riding. Big test of course will be response to a claim. So far very pleased with telephone-answering staff helpfulness etc.”

“We were about to renew our bike insurance with you but on receiving the reminder letter were shocked to see that it had gone up by nearly Â£20.00.Considering in fifty years of riding I have never had an accident a conviction or made a claim I was very perplexed and annoyed.I would like to know why road users are penalized instead of rewarded for their use of the roads without any mishap. year after year.It used to be the case that road insurance went down. Instead we found our had risen yet again.So we spent precious money on phone calls to try and find out why - and finally after much querying and protest the renewal fee was decreased to Â£91.Your customer Service team were helpful friendly polite and obliging. But in the end we must have spent half of this saving on the calls to Bennetts.If it hadn't been for some busy domestic problems I would have compared the market and chosen to go elsewhere. But this year it is more convenient to stay with you. However if this rise happens again next year I will readily move to another company who offers a more competitive rate.It is good to have the opportunity to give this review and I hope you will take note. I'm sure I'm not the only motorcyclist who feels this way.regardsPhil ChaplinPhil Chaplin”
