“I think bennetts need to be more flexible. I have 3 bikes with 3 seperate policies??? I asked to add a friend of mine to one of my bikes. They wouldnt? Cos i have a multi policy ? So what? I had to take that particular bike from my multi policy and start a seperate one to add him. The joke is on thenew policy he can ride any motorcycle not belonging to him etc?? I found this very strange. I told the rep in the fone that when the policy was due again who would put all 3 bikes on one policy. Cos he werent going to put my friend on. After him seeking further advice he added my mate. I was on the fone 50 minutes ?? Come on bennetts. Youcan do better were in 2015 not the 1970s”

“Policy is fine but had issue with your 'service'...I had a simple request regarding changing my payment card details rebuffed 2 weeks prior to my renewal for a 'computer says no' type excuse and was told to call back a couple of days before which in itself I thought was poorly communicated...However when I did this - I was then told that the payment had already been applied for and nothing could be done. I have an ongoing dispute with the card provider and purposely didnt want any transactions being processed through this account - but my position has now been compromised on this due to your 'service' departments lack of empathy to my situation..Not happy !!”

“I recently renewed my Insurance with Bennets. There were couple of alterations I had to make and with a quick call got everything sorted out without any problem. The staff member I spoke to was very knowledgable and it was sorted out without any hassle or extra money being paid out. Well done Bennets. Regards from Chas.”

“I have recently purchased my Bennetts motorcycle insurance policy. The policy was the best content/value for money with a respected firm. Unfortunately the only time that you can gauge the company/policy is when you claim. Hopefully never. So far so good.”

“This is my second year of insurance with Bennettz. Don't have any complaints with reference to taking out a policy or renewing it. Can't comment on making a claim as fortunately I haven't had to do this.”

“I was quoted Â£153 with Â£300 excess on the phone to bennetts when I changed my bike went on line and got it for Â£110 with Â£150 excess from Bennett. Phoned them back and they honoured the on line price.”
