insurance company failed to update my vehicle on their system. they requires copy of both driving licence, proof of address with utility bill, picture of the van mileage clock etc etc. they requires these documents to take policy and to update a vehicle even though same address!!!! no paper correspondence. only email which goes to spam box!!!!!!!! they don't send any paperwork by post, only take money....no phone call or other correspondence. i had a fully clean licence for 12 years. because of their ...i repeat their technical fault i have 6 points and 450 pounds fine and 620 to release my vehicle!!! whoever reading this.. my advice.......to you....please insure with big companies who are well known even though they are slightly expensive. BG again na na never. i had insurance with them only for 3 months. i had enough with cheap companies. gooooood luck bg cheap policy

the insurance was NOT registered with the government department for insurance for almost 6 months and i was being threaten with large fines ! it took from April till September to sort the problem out . useless

They were a bloody nightmare. I gave them all the paperwork they needed but every couple of weeks they would send me a letter saying they needed one of the items I had already sent , in the end I threatened them saying I was going to phone the police.

the company was appaling. I wasted time and energy to get a simple policy instigated, they lost documentation and refused to accept previouse evidense of no claimes. I would not recomend them and certainly not use them again.
