“Overall haven't had any issues. Took out insurance the other day and was the best quote I could find compared to other insurance companies, and their customer service seem to be quite helpful. Only thing I’d say is that they don’t have an on the phone customer service, it’s on live chat, which may be a struggle for older people, and is also slightly frustrating as you have no clue what number you are in the que at all. So you just wait till you receive a message which feels like forever just staring at your phone. Also when taking out insurance I didn’t have the option when filling out all my details and information to add breakdown cover, so I had to take this out separately when asked on live chat, it didn’t take very long but it would just be more efficient to have the option when taking out the insurance.”

“Really fast customer service, i had trouble getting my no claims from my old insurer and they had no problem in getting it for me, very very please with them.”

“They offered me the cheapest insurance quotation, my policy is almost finished now and easy to say I've had 0 issues with this company. Live chat was quick and an operative got to me within 2 minutes. Only complaint I have is that they don't offer policies without telematics so unfortunately I will have go to another provider for next year as I don't want a black box.”

“Happy to deal with online connection and it was quick or quicker than waiting for someone to answer my call. All my questions were answered and even better no up-selling, apart from one question,did I want additional cover which when I said no was accepted and quote given quickly. Happy with using Chat.”

“Very good insurance company, and very helpful customer services, only reason they are not a 5 start is because the only way you can communicate with them is via an online chat and not being able to call them and speak to someone over the phone”
