Be careful. They are nice until you need to make a claim and then they will leave you wondering why you bothered to pay for non-existent cover. Don’t touch them with a barge pole! Shameful.

I had a query about my existing car insurance as needed business insurance added on. I participated in the live chat and got all the assistance I needed and also they emailed me a copy of my certificate which I needed for my employer.

Website was very easy to navigate. All information was clear and easy to understand. Policy documents very easy to access And uploading relevant documents Churchill required a complete breeze. Overall, excellent.

They took my car for repair front end to Nationwide Repairs which was fine (accident was my/my wife's fault). After getting the car back and hearing some banging noise from the front I opened up the hood and realised the engine mount was broken. I reported to the garage, they instantly booked the car back and collected it for inspection. Later I got a call saying that the estimator guy told them that it is too far at the back and couldn't have happen during the accident (the whole front bumber and crach cans were changed). So obviously wasn't a "small" shock there. We are talking about a 2 years old car and a fresh shiny engine mount brakage. Totally dissapointed and angry.

As a young driver I got a very reasonable quote. When I changed my vehicle it was easy to do via thr on line chat service. Great service.

Sadly, another website with virtual assistants and you can never get to talk to anyone or leave your number. I am very suspicious of any insurance company that hides behind chat lines and virtual assistants. It must be nightmare actually taking out a policy or discussing it. I long for the days when an insurance agent called to see you in person.

I’m happy as My insurance went up as I’ve change my car but if I’d of taken out a new insurance policy my insurance would’ve gone down it’s now £117 where with the new insurance policy it would’ve been £89 not happy
