windscreen replacement provider is a joke surely. Contacted them today to replace my cracked windscreen,and yes the crack obscures the view from the drives seat and I have to wait 9 days for the replacement.This is just unacceptable. Do Churchill honestly think that is a reasonable response ?.Perhaps they would like to refund 9 days insurance cost while the car is unusable.Never waited this long before, same or next day was usual.Doubt if I will renew with them again if this is the standard of customer care!

Very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Friendly phone staff too. Choose Churchill as they offered more for less money on my car insurance than my previous company.

When liking for car insurance,my last quote was a lot higher with my old provider,when on go compare came across churchils,they were very good explained all the insurance and haven't had nothing to complain about,would recommend them

Totally disgusting company.Will never used them again and strongly advise anyone looking for a company that keeps it's advertised promises. Quick to take your money, but when it comes to paying out claims , recovering your excess after an accident that was the other drivers fault , good luck. Had my vehicle declared a total loss after an accident on 04/03/2018, today being 20/03/2018 and all I have received from this shocking company is notification that my NCB has been reduced by two years.

Car repaired at Nationwide in Ellesmere port came back with dash warning lights on ..not there fault or Churchill...cost me 400.00 access on my fully comp insurance ..no help bad service a total let down as a 10 year customer of Churchill..

The policy gives the insurer right to drive third party car. Furthermore, there is a breakdown policy added to it. What a bonus.

Horrendous customer service. They charge you to change your address and then try some lame excuse that they make no profit from it. How can changing 3 lines cost cost money. Not one other single company has charged me to change my address when i moved. They have no interested in retaining customers. Go else where - they are not worth your loyalty.

When I buy on-line I sometimes miss the personal service and comprehensive detail that comes from the personal touch. I think Churchill are not alone.

Highway robbery! Phoned Churchill to change an address. Change of address was going to cost me over £200. And then the bombshell. Then the lady your form details show that you are a landlord and I say I never said that or wrote that anywhere as I am a tenant. Well, that is also going to cost you another £200 to change that to a tenant. I knew straight away that I was dealing with artful dodgers. This information is false and only Churchill had access to it. Don't go near them.
