“Brilliant! so helpful with all my queries. Kept me up to date with my claim, courtesy car arrived quickly, offer of help to find a new car as mine was written off. Claim went through quickly even though the other driver was uninsured. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful, excellent service.”

“Absolutely dreadful, cancelled my policy due to one missed historical payment. Took the most recent payment so I assumed I was covered. Turns out I wasn’t, 6 points on my driving licence from a random stop. They sent a letter to confirm cancellation. I didn’t get it because I was away for work. No phone call or email to chase, or warn that I would be uncovered. I was driving for two weeks without insurance. Very glad I didn’t have an incident in that time. The customer service were appalling and didn’t care. Wouldn’t reinstate the policy either. Avoid this shower of insurance excrement.”

“Straightforward website. No awkward questions. Requested no claims proof - which was a good thing. Accepted another named driver (brother). 5* Defacto rating so one gets what one would expect. In my opinion excellent! (The quotation was very reasonable too).”

“worst customer service in the world!! i made several complaints, manager called me and promised to call me back same day but he didnt, i made further complaints all of which have been totally ignored, they cancelled my insurance policy without even letting me know, leaving me not covered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
