“Terrible service, was promised a courtesy car on policy yet when I had a accident no fault of my own they refused to give me one stating my policy don’t allow one yet it was in black and white “Free courtesy car” on my online account and the printed documents they sent to me, don’t recommend them wouldn’t use them again and they won’t get a penny from me anymore”

“I have tried about 3 or 4 times to get advice from Churchill on-line, all to no avail. I have also written and posted a letter to the Company some weeks ago and still have had no acknowledgement from Churchill or an answer to my question; this over 3 months! Their customer care speaks for itself with regard to my complait.”

“Very friendly and available. Their staff are all willing to help you and will go the extra mile. I was considering going to Lloyds as was given a really cheap quote on compare the market web page. No wonder it was cheap as when i called to take the deal the agent might as well have been a cast from a very badly made zombie movie. Sounded like i had forced my way into someones home uninvited only to be greeted by a moody teenage zombie. If this is the service in the beginning then i think its best to avoid altogether. Then after reading all the reviews I realised this was not a one off but a regular encounter experienced by most of there unfortunate customers. Called Churchill and took out the insurance with a very friendly agent called Jack. THAT WAS LITERALLY A CLOSE CALL OR ....NEAR MISS if you excuse the pun. Thank you Churchill great service”

“I received a competitive quotation via Go Compare. The only other action needed was to activate an account on line and upload a proof of no claims bonus which was a simple operation. All documentation was then sent by post.”
