“I normally use a comparison website to get the rough prices and then ring the company I've selected (not always the cheapest but, someone I know of) but this time I did the whole thing online as it was getting a bit late. I'm glad to say everything was very easy to do.”

“The insurance product I bought from Devitt is value for money and the transaction was easy and painless, especially when renewing. I cannot comment on the service you would receive if you required to make a claim as I have been lucky enough to remain claim free.”

“Easy to complete all forms and the overall price of the insurance was 50% cheaper than Carole Nash. Post Office arranged the insurance but it was thro Devitt and about £3 cheaper (every little helps)”

“I took out a policy for my motorbike and was asked to send proof of NCB, which I did. I then had a reminder email 2 days later, to which I replied pointing out that I had sent it two days earlier. 11 days later I get a letter stating that as I haven't sent proof of NCB they are cancelling the policy! On telephoning, they explained why they couldn't accept the NCB, which I reluctantly accept. WHY didn't they just tell me this in the letter instead of threatening to cancel the policy?! They now cannot insure me apparently, as I do not have any NCB to put against the new policy, even though I'm prepared to pay the extra premium. Now facing £55 cancellation fee.....so be it, if they don't want my business I'll go elsewhere; I object to being scammed like this! AVOID AT ALL COST!!”

“Devitt insurance is amazing, it is cheap, easy to fill out the information and it gives you the chance to add amazing offers like breakdown cover for very little extra and it is quick. I called Devitt directly and received amazing customer service. I definatley recommend Devitt insurance!!!”

“Never had to claim so I can't comment on that, but filling forms online was easy and I had excellent telephone service when I needed to change a detail. They are also really competitive price wise and the peace of mind you get from knowing that they've been insuring bikes for 75 years is priceless!”

“Whilst looking for a motorbike I used comparison websites to get an insurance quote and devitt came back each time with the cheapest and best deal on all of the bikes I was interested in so it was no surprise I went with them. Online service was excellent with great quick communication and an easy to understand website which for me not being very technical was a huge advantage. Would recommend and use again. Next time I need insurance I will be going direct to devitt.”

“I did not like the fact that you're insurance continues on without my consent it's a bit like when you're phone is up for renewal you're money comes off you're account without you knowing the old way you have to renew it is much better by phone”

“having just passed my bike test and needing insurance I did the usual and compared all available. after reading reviews I contacted Devitt on the phone to discuss my requirements for cover, they were very helpful and treated me as a potential customer and not just an enquirer. I was soon covered and all documents were sent. Hoping not to use their services any further other than just to renew, but after the way I was dealt with on my first point of contact if I should then I don't have any worries about things getting sorted.”
