“Waited in a que to cancel my policy when I eventually got on to an advisor they wouldn't cancel my policy because I answered a question wrong about my occupation. so I was told I had to ring back wait in a que again and do all the questions again just to cancel my policy”

“I took out a policy for my motorbike and was asked to send proof of NCB, which I did. I then had a reminder email 2 days later, to which I replied pointing out that I had sent it two days earlier. 11 days later I get a letter stating that as I haven't sent proof of NCB they are cancelling the policy! On telephoning, they explained why they couldn't accept the NCB, which I reluctantly accept. WHY didn't they just tell me this in the letter instead of threatening to cancel the policy?! They now cannot insure me apparently, as I do not have any NCB to put against the new policy, even though I'm prepared to pay the extra premium. Now facing £55 cancellation fee.....so be it, if they don't want my business I'll go elsewhere; I object to being scammed like this! AVOID AT ALL COST!!”

“Paid a very high premium, was knocked off my motorcycle by a careless driver. No help with bike recovery post accident, then my details were passed around to various agencies. completely disjointed service with seemingly no contact between the other agencies . bike still not fixed.... feel like i'm doing all the chasing on premium rate numbers. Pretty unhappy i just want one person who's on my side, not to claim for personal injury or any of that rubbish just my bike fixed to the level it was before i was knocked off.”

“they show you a good price to catch you, and after you pay! they call and ask feeds for something that you insert correctly in the website. if you think that you ill have a good price you should forget this company.”
