“Price was ok but now when you try to contact theme to make an ammendment they don't answer the phones, email them it states 72 hours to get a reply then when I get a reply it says we are busy please call. I'm now calling and to NO Suprise at 7 minutes past 8am your really busy. What a rubbish service. Will never use again.”

“AVOID this insurance company. They wrote my car off and are only offering me a quarter of the amount its worth! Some one pulled out of a junction into ME but I have to pay them £750 first to even get what little money they are offering for my car! I have heard from the repair shop what they will fix it for £3000 which is all first alternative are offering for my car so I told them to fix it rather than giving me the money but they said "it doesn't work like that" I know all they are going to do is claim the money back they have paid me off the other guys insurance company fix my car with it and sell it on for a profit! Please AVOID them at all costs! I have a baby on the way and this has put me in a terrible financial position and without a car to get to work!”
“I have two policies with First Alternative. On both occasions I used the "call by telephone" system to actually speak to a member of the company team, to check all matched my requirements. On both occasions the team members could not have been more helpful or friendly.”
“After 4 years I learned that this company is making to insurance of a car in my name. I have not seen or know it exists. Although it has been provided in my name with all the details I have never received any letter from the company. The insured person has not made the necessary payments and for this reason my name is inserted in the list of debtors (negative credit score) and no company does not perform to my car insurance. I will throw this company to court”
