worst insurance company out there quote cheap but then you find out why from the day I got this insurance they have been putting obstacles in the way and trying to cancel the policy I think somebody is on a bonus for cancelations or is it they try to get as much out of you and then cancel before you get a chance to claim I would avoid like the plague

thought i might want my mileage after 6 months was too low so asked for quote from 3000-5000 it was over double the 0riganal policy!!!

I'd echo every other negative review on here. Terrible, rude obnoxious company who seem to make their money cancelling policies rather than investing in any kind of service. The issue isn't with trying to claim, it's just in their constant demands for paperwork - they don't accept certain utility bills, the pictures you have sent are unclear etc etc until they then inform you the policy is cancelled & provide a huge bill for the pleasure. I'm also complaining to the ombudsman & would recommend everyone with a bad experience with them does the same. Even if they weasel out of the complaint it still costs THEM £600 which is charged by the ombudsman ???????????? Avoid like the plague

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid at all costs. No matter how valid your reason to cancel your insurance you will be stung almost 40% of your annual premium. Bunch of criminals.

I found Adrian Flux to be the most complicated and misleading insurance company i have ever dealt with, they would not let me cancel the policy in the cooling off period and kept on adding extra costs for the cancelation that i know they are not in their rights to do, which added to my costs and also Adrian Flux black listed my name to other insurance companys because i dared to stand up to my rights against them! Also after spending hours getting through to the customer services they were rude as soon as they found me to want to cancel my policy! Never had such a nightmare with any previous insurance companys like this in my whole 22 years of driving. A warning to others please Avoid them.

Getting car insurance with adrian flux really easy to do as I've never done it before! I wanted to know a few questions and called them over the phone and they was very helpful :) I would definitely stay with this company.

Really annoying company to use !! Asking for documents i had already sent ! Wanted to charge me £600 for changing car from Audi TT 225bhp sports car to a Vauxhall Astra 1.9!!! That was for 3 months too. Really poor company would use another ..

I think this is the worse car insurance I EVER took out. I was told over and over again that I failed to provide my V5 and drivers license, when I emailed and sent copies in over and over. 1 month later I was charged a "non- disclosure" fee, and 2 months later I was told with my DOB and car Reg I would not be able to get insurance from them. I therefor was forced to cancel my policy and had to pay over £350 in fees for 2 months "insurance". When I thought I finally got out of their trap of fraudulence, I got another bill of £65 stating they miscalculated. So, basically I had 2 months of insurance for over £400. They are FRAUDSTERS!

Good company to deal with although setting up policy took a long time over phone, so be prepared as wont be short phone call. My policy was for young driver who had just passed test. Very expensive a lot more than other company's but one of the few that would accept monthly direct debit on under 18's. However when we had to get new car, they wanted an extra £600 on top of the cost of original policy needless to say it was cheaper to cancel policy and start again

Terrible service, they cancelled my insurance the day after I took it out with no reason given but they still demanded £137 payment, they don't like answering emails or the phone, its the worse insurance company I've come across

DO NOT USE FLUX, THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS. THEY ARE HE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE MARKET. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR LETTERS, THEY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT COVER. ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THEM SHOULD STEER WELL CLEAR. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA TO GET A DECENT INSURANCE COMPANY. CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING IF YOUR NOT COVERED. STEER CLEAR OF FLUX STEER CLEAR OF FLUX STEER CLEAR OF FLUX.... USELESS.
